I feel so foolish. Did not check them out until after the purchase. They will take your payment, then fail to ship the goods, or reply to emails (no phone number listed on their website).

Obviously Google still gives them advertising space. I bought 2 boots. Was charged more than what it said. Have not received boots. I'm contacting my credit card company.

Never received the boots. I've ordered in october and now in march i haven't no notices of that. I've never received the confirmation by email of the order and also i've never received shipping shipping information. The website no exists anymore and it's impossible to contact them. Orrible, they are fake. Only catch our money.

I ordered UGGS and instead received a rubber cheap pair of flip flops with monkeys all over them. They were hideous! They offered me a 10% refund and told me to keep the flip flops instead. Customer service is TERRIBLE! This website and company is a SCAM

Wrong and fake ugg delivered and contacting them is not possible.

! ordered a pair of "UGG" boots from this company and they sent the wrong ones. On closer inspection the ones they sent were obviously fake, and made from some sort of man-made fabric. Do not buy from this company. There is no way of contacting them, no returns label and all the printing is in Chinese so there's no address to return them to. Btw,, I wore them one weekend in the cold weather and the soles wouldn't bend which made walking rather difficult!

Cheap, poorly made boots and will hack into your computer to steal data! DO NOT BUY! I will be reporting them to the Attorney General of my state.

I am so sad to have just found these reviews I spent 250.00 & bought 3 pairs of uggs on 1/31 I've sent 3 emails about tracking with no response & now the website is gone! Anyone no if we can ask our credit card company to dispute the charge? This sucks! I was thinking it was to good to be true next time I will listen to my gut!

FRAUD ALERT! This company is a FRAUD! Do NOT order! The site looked so legit. I thought I was getting a great deal on some UGGs, $95 instead of $220. It was just after Xmas so I thought it was a special sale. They just take your money. You don't get the boots. I don't understand how this site is still operating. Had to file claim & cancel my bank card. You can't even get an 800 number for this company, what's up with that? I can't... I'm embarrassed I made this purchase.

Hi - dear customer! I was bought ugg boots like you from web. Snowboots-buy.com. They took money from my account more then should - cost 57.74 they charge me 61.85. Not tracking number, not respond for my massages, not boots! After 5 days I was called to my bank which is lloyds for customer line- explained what happens... After 2 days bank sent to my account full price refund! Then- if you have a problem with this company call to your bank, explain, tell it's a fake and good luck!

I did not receive the boots I purchased. I sent emails to get in contact with someone but instead I was blocked from logging in

SCAM! I bought from snowboot-buy.com. I should've know to not trust a website with a dash in the address, plus the customer service address is a gmail account! Doh! Now the site is gone. Hopefully getting money back from credit card company due to not receiving goods, or receiving counterfeit goods. But I have to wait a month from ordering to claim. I wish I had checked and found this before buying! Thought I was getting good deal for wife's birthday present.

I ordered a pair of Uggs from them I then got a email stating something was shipping from China and then I checked my credit card account to find out that they charged more than what was advertised so I had to cancel my credit card trying to reach this company snowboot.eu. And they took down the site Thank goodness for that better off to go to a store for the uggs

The website looked authentic. 'Scamadviser' gave the website and company (out of California) a thumbs-up. After 3 weeks I received the wrong pair of boots that didn't look authentic at all, sent from an address in Shanghai. The customer-service link is broken and the website address changed (snowboot-buy). I have not heard from them.

Do not buy from this site. They're a scam. 0 star rating if it would let me. I had to give it one star rating in order to submit the review. It is what the 1 star rating means: Doesn't get any worse than this. Stay away!

Do not order from this website. It is a total scam. I ordered a pair of ugg boots, Patton, received them a over a month later and they were cheap and fake. Also, not what I ordered. I contacted them through their customer service and never received a response. Going to take it up with my bank as they will have more recourse ability than me. Not sure what they can do about it. Also, I would suggest that everyone who has been ripped off to list this site on every available page including social media. It is so much principle to me that I am going to pay to place and add in my local news which is Atlanta and LA about them.

Bought and received fake Uggs. They used regular mail and were slow to ship from China. Do not trust trust this company

I was taken as well. I spent $217.00 for my daughters and I sent an email asking where they were, and got an email from "customer service" giving me a tracking number. But the tracking number is invalid. When i emailed them back and told them the tracking was invalid and this seems fishy to me and i would like a refund. I have not received a response back. I have emailed them 3 more times and nothing. I am so disgusted because the site had the actual UGG Australia company name.

Yep! Just spend $130 on a pair of fake UGG boots. I guess I should have done some research first. What a waste of money. I will never buy boots online again. It is amazing this site is still on the internet.

I have always wanted ugg boots thought it was real you are telling me its fake i am so gutted ive had money of my 93 year old nan and niece all wanted some, i have no way in paying them back what am i going to do cant face them
