DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
My order's been sitting at the "awaiting shipment" stage since 7/16. It's now 7/26. I've sent them 3 requests for updates but gotten no response what so ever. Like the person above said, no phone number to contact and the only way you can "contact" customer service (where there's none) is through their website so you can't even keep log to show you've tried contacting them. I wish you can give negative star..

Too long of a story to write here without getting all worked up again :) in 2 words - ordered once, got international fee from my bank card since they shipped from UK I think, the second time I ordered, a week later they told me one of the items is out of stock, so I asked to cancel the order - that was 2 months ago! I am STILL awaiting the refund! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE - the $$ you think you are saving you will lose in fees, bad service, long shipping and processing times - plus lifetime wait time for any refunds, God forbids something happens! :) i use US Pet Meds now!

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMEBR... WEB SITE SAYS ITS SHIPPED >> USPS SAYS ITS NOT... no one to call. And when you go to email from the web site. Its says something is wrong with their email capabilities. Its been 9 days. And it USPS says it hasnt shipped from there YET! Im getting really aggitated with this company. And had I known that they had NO CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER. And ALSO no adddress for the company anywhere on the internet. I would have NEVER ORDERED FROM THEM!
