I stopped using Rewards Central for quite some time. Tried to use it again but my account was frozen. I filled in a form to reinstate my account/unfreeze it. It also asked for photo ID, so I sent my driver's license. Seems very fraudulent that they ask for such personal information and then weeks pass with no reply, no matter how many times you reach out. I'd like to know what they are doing with my personal information. Completely dodgy!
I have been a member since 2007 and it has gone down hill since then. I am a gold member which means i get 3 points a day for clicking on a quick survey link everyday. I renewed my gold membership recently and they now have taken away the 3 points for gold members. I have tried contacting them 3 times with no response. Same as the other comments, you spend 20 mins doing a survey then they say you don't qualify for it, after you have finished it.
TOTAL RIP off. Avoid at all costs
Have been a member since 2001, have lodged multiple support requests that go unanswered. They want you to verify your ID via a third party app but won't respond to errors with verification process. Also a Gold Member.
My account was suspended due to inactivity - that was my fault.
However I have sent a total of 5 emails to the correct support email address since June and also an online message 3 weeks ago and I have not received a single reply yet.
I have been apparently hacked as well so they say and lost over 200
Dollars gathered over years of membership, there response was its my
Fault and take the loss. My account email was changed without my
Knowledge to a gmail account and a fake phone number and 2 times 100
Dollar vouchers sent to the bogus account. It made me very sick in the
Stomach at there inaction which was nil. Totally bogus, question like
Did you cancel the vouchers to the bogus account what have you done to
Track the theft with was met no answers from them. They maintain my
Email account was hacked which it wasn't so there fore they will not re
Credit my account very disappointing after all these years of
Membership. I dont no what i can do now to recoup the monies.
Over the last couple of months I have encountered an increasing number of error issues with surveys and non payment of rewards for completed surveys, even when I get the completed message at the end. I have logged numerous Help queries regarding the surveys and rewards however have never received a response - they appear to just ignore any issues. Tried contacting the parent company: Permission Corp however the telephone number rings out and you are unable to send them any emails.

I've been a member for many many years, I was with the site when they were called Email Cash.
Now they wont even answer emails, They have changed the rewards system to "gift cards only" and devalued the points system, Even worse, the gift cards they offer are useless to most people. There is no longer an option for cash out, or have a Paypal payment.
I wish i could leave negative stars :(
Can anyone tell me, should I trust this website. I mean it sounds good but at the same time you don't really earn money for free in this world. Should I log in to this and put my information on it, I don't know.
Have been a member of Rewards Central for a while now, they used to be great, loads of surveys and great rewards, however now they do not send out many surveys and they do not pay as much as well.
You need a lot of points to be able to redeem something substantial.
I wish they gave out more surveys.
I don't do many of these but really this one has at least given (and gstill giving) me real money back. Yes it is a few clicks each night and I do all my ebay shopping (and any other partners they have) through them. To date I think it is $200 or $300 (think more 3) in cash back into my account and $200 in vouchers (better bang for buck if they are convenient to use better to get, imo) and a bit over $200 in points I could redeem but prefer to get interest in their bank. I think I read someones review re what they gave them for interest and I must admit I have never checked but there terms do say they will only pay as much in interest if you earned the same in that period or they would only pay as much as you earned.
Over the last couple of years, increasing numbers of surveys don't work. If you do get into a survey, most of the time you get all the way through and then it says you don't qualify. This has happenned with three out of three surveys in the last week alone! You send a support enquiry and you get NOTHING. I used to regularly get $100 or more in rewards every 6 months with this site. In the last 12 months I have earned a grand total of 150 points. Do not use this site. And if you are paying this site to run your surveys, RUN AWAY FAST!
I've regularly finished a survey with a message at the end saying 'Sorry, there aren't any surveys you qualify for' rather than actually getting the points I'm entitled to. The last straw was completing a THREE HOUR survey a few weeks ago and getting the 'Sorry' message at the end instead of the promised 2000 points. I emailed them and did not receive a reply. Don't bother.
About 2-3 weeks ago spent over 3 hours on a segmented survey in the last 5 minute section it appears I was it disqualified. Made 2 email enquires with no response

Like other reviewwrs, I've been doing surveys for this company for about 18 years & it takes months before you can earn enough points to claim a reward & then you don't receive it even though they send an email telling you that it's been lodged into your account! They also send survey reminders only to find when you go into them, the 'sorry no surveys available' comes up! I have sent numerous emails re both of the above issues & they have not replied to any of them. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!

Been a member for about 17 years. No longer do surveys because rarely qualify and NEVER get rewards promised. Also, they never respond to any queries submitted about anything including surveys.
In my two years doing survey's with Rewards Central I earned $20 and an unstoppable amount of spam. The website itself is fine other then the crap pay you get. However - I have found out this is a perfect growing grounds for marketers who want to put people on mailing lists. For example - you're asked to do a survey for a pharmacy drug then you get constantly spammed from them. I closed my profile with Rewards Central over a year ago and still get the spam!
They put in very fine print that you must be a resident of Australia in order to cash out. So after you've spent all your time and energy giving them credit for your efforts, they cancel your account and keep your earnings (also cancel you account) then making it clear you have to live in Australia! Low Low Low
