3 emails - comment on Facebook site and no response. My account has apparently been hacked and the over $200 equivalent has probably now been stolen. Not happy.

What have you done with my $30? Have been waiting since 2nd October, ref # 448264 . Several emails have gone unanswered. Very unprofessional of you.
Been a member for years and years the only way to earn point is to shop Everytime i shop and buy a big item the points are always rejected so i never really ever make point, less than enough for even just my membership... Even tho you have proof you brought the item did everything right one of my worse survey sites
