This business has steadily gone from mediocre to awful over the last couple of years.

They are yet another survey company which gives out "points" for completing surveys. These points can ostensibly be converted into cash (but see below).

In my experience, the surveys all take longer to complete than they say, but you are still only paid for the stated time. If you try to answer questions too quickly (even when you don't need to think about the answer), you get told that you need to slow down. It works out to about $5 an hour.

However, getting your hard-earned cash is not easy. First, you have to give them your mobile number and "verify" it, which opens you up to phone spam. Then, they claim that they only process cash-outs once a month and that you'll have to wait 4-8 weeks before you get your money, even though they're just depositing it in your regular bank account.

Customer support is only available via submitting a form on their website - there is no telephone service. It takes ages and is exactly as unhelpful as you would imagine it to be.

Once you join, you can't get out of it. I'm trying to cancel my account, but I must provide a password. I signed in with Facebook, so I don't have a password. There's no option to cancel your account with Facebook. Then I clicked on the Change Password option. I must insert my "old password". I DON'T HAVE A PASSWORD. I asked for help and RewardsCentral never replied.
So, I tried unsubscribing to their e-mail, but I can't unsubscribe to all of their e-mails... if you have an account, you must receive at least their main e-mails.
So, I'm TRAPPED!
My advice is: DON'T SIGN UP!
