Ordered Dodger shirts on August 6, guaranteed delivery was set for Friday, August 16 at the very latest. Received text message from Fed ex claiming package would not arrive until Monday, August 19. Called MLB online and no help was offered whatsoever. Customer service representatives would not overnight merchandise to help me. No one had a solution to the problem. No one seem to care. Very disappointed I will never do business with this company again and I would suggest for everyone else to do the same.

I ordered a few hats from this site and they will take your money. I reached out to PayPal to dispute the charge and this company created a FAKE Amazon tracking number to make it seem like my package was delivered. I never received nothing. I am so glad PayPal recognized how fraudulent this company is. BEWARE!

Ordered over $200 on merchandise for my son. Never received. I emailed their bogus customer service email, they responded with some broken english telling me they refunded me the money. They never refunded me the money. I have emailed back and fourth and they claim to have sent me the jerseys which is why they did not refund the money. Then I noticed a charge on my credit card for $600 at a makeup store and another $300 at a clothing store I have never been to. Luckily my bank reversed the transaction. So they stole my money and stole my credit card and tried to buy more merchandise. These people need to be in jail.

I ordered a Jersey on January 21, of course money was taken from my bank account right away. I have tried to on line message, as well as email both email addresses on their website many times for a tracking number or even an update when this jersey would be delivered. I have had no communication at all. My problem is I have ordered from this site before and have received the best quality product I will be reporting this fraudulent company now!

My son and I each ordered Dodger jerseys on the same day hoping to get them in time for the home opener this season. My son got his and was very happy. Mine never arrived. After two months I contacted customer service and they told me mine got "lost in delivery". They offered to send me a refund but o said I wanted a replacement jersey instead (same team, just different player). It has been weeks since my request, and despite numerous requests, I have received no response. I'm VERY unhappy with this company.
8/16 Update. They never sent me a jersey and now despite many many requests they have not sent me a refund either. They stole my money and I got nothing in return. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Ordered a shirt then noticed that the email on the Paypal transaction is ". Ru" (Russian), the seller was listed someone's name (not the website), which was different than the name on the email, then checked the "About Us" section of the website and saw it has poor English. Then the the tracking number showed the item as delivered BEFORE IT WAS ORDERED. Started a dispute with Paypal (which is a whole fun process in itself, waiting on hold for over an hour, resolves in sellers favor then you have to appeal, which involves waiting for another hour on hold with the USPS to get documentation that the tracking number is fake (trying now), then call Paypal again, etc, etc.), then after Paypal contacted them suddenly the tracking info was different, shown as delivered yesterday (which of course it wasn't). I see there are a bunch of other MLB gear sites that also appear to be fake so BEWARE, AND DO SOME RESEARCH BEFORE PURCHASING!

Placed an order online, they wouldn't take one of my CC but took the other. After waiting a day for the order confirmation and tracking number, I sent a msg to find out where it was. No response, then i noticed that i had 2 strange charges on my CC account which i disputed and then about a week later i had 5 $100 charges on the same account on the same day. So i disputed those as well and had to cancel the credit card and order a new one. DO NOT EVER ORDER $#*! FROM THESE $#*!S!

ANY site with Mlbjerseys is a scam. You may see Mlbjerseys.pro or Mlbjerseys.com or Mlbjerseys.us, etc, etc. I tried to order from them... I trusted them because their site says that they sell "Officially Licensed MLB Products" which was stupid of me. Just click on random links on their website, like the "About" link and you will find text with broken english, misspelled words, grammatical mistakes, etc. Anyway, I went to order from them and noticed that they do not use a secure server to take your credit card info. The "s" in https above in the address window of your browser page tells you this and it should say "Secure" next to it. Their webpage did NOT have these secure clues. And yet I still ordered from them because Discover card does a great job with fraud protection. I would never use my bank Visa card to order stuff online, so Discover is great for this. So I placed my order and the order process progress (like an hour glass when you computer is thinking) never stopped thinking. The process graphic just kept spinning and spinning and spinning. After an hour, I finally quit and wrote them an email. Three days later and they never replied back. LOW AND BEHOLD I get an email from Discover telling me that they believe there was fraudulent activity on my card and they are sending me a new one with new account numbers... sucks. BE CAREFUL.
