I ordered a few hats from this site and they will take your money. I reached out to PayPal to dispute the charge and this company created a FAKE Amazon tracking number to make it seem like my package was delivered. I never received nothing. I am so glad PayPal recognized how fraudulent this company is. BEWARE!

Ordered a baseball hat 4 weeks ago still waiting but the tracking shows its been delivered i dont think its right to take someone's money and don't send the product

It can sometimes be hard to get the jerseys you ordered, they don't always have stock on the items listed. You have to check the stock chart to be sure.

The items I ordered arrived quickly and were all the correct jerseys, but most importantly i contacted my credit card company to ask about this website and the account manager I talked to said he has never had a problem with these guys.

Took 2 months to receive, which I can understand because of COVID, but they shipped wrong hat, then ignored my emails.

Similar to others on this site, I ordered a hat from mlbjerseyonline and received a bogus tracking confirmation. The tracking showed that the product was already delivered even before I placed my order. I reached out 4 times trying to get updated info and no response. Thank goodness I paid with my AMEX so I could do a charge back.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE CROOKS.

Ordered a had, used pay pal to pay. Never received a confirmation, checked my pay pal to make payment went through. It went to a persons personal PayPal acount. Then they sent me a link to pay because my order did not go through due to no payment. Pure fraud!

ORDERED A JERSEY, PAID THROUGH PAYPAL AND THEN NEVER RECEIVED ANY INFO ON MY ORDER. I HAVE EMAILED THEM MULTIPLE TIMES WITH NO RESPONSE. DON'T BE FOOLED BY THIS WEBSITE. I IS NOT MLB

Ordered Dodger shirts on August 6, guaranteed delivery was set for Friday, August 16 at the very latest. Received text message from Fed ex claiming package would not arrive until Monday, August 19. Called MLB online and no help was offered whatsoever. Customer service representatives would not overnight merchandise to help me. No one had a solution to the problem. No one seem to care. Very disappointed I will never do business with this company again and I would suggest for everyone else to do the same.

My fault for not initially noticing the site transfer. I was on MLB shop which is the official site for MLB, I searched for an item, found it, but didn't notice at the time it routed me to mlbjersey which I purchased from.
As soon as I received the receipt I could tell something was wrong. Emailed several times to verify purchase with no response. I started a dispute right away. All of the sudden I get ship status, but something told me to not stop the dispute just yet. I would receive updates on delivery. A few hours ago I received notice that item was being delivered today. A few minutes later I received notice that the item was being returned to sender for invalid address. I verified that the correct address was on the receipt so letting my cc dispute take care of the rest. Do not waste your money and time with these crooks. We need to figure out a way to stop them. Read the reviews, they've been scamming people since 2009. The few good reviews appear to be written to be an inside job. I wouldn't trust those either.

Ordered a shirt then noticed that the email on the Paypal transaction is ". Ru" (Russian), the seller was listed someone's name (not the website), which was different than the name on the email, then checked the "About Us" section of the website and saw it has poor English. Then the the tracking number showed the item as delivered BEFORE IT WAS ORDERED. Started a dispute with Paypal (which is a whole fun process in itself, waiting on hold for over an hour, resolves in sellers favor then you have to appeal, which involves waiting for another hour on hold with the USPS to get documentation that the tracking number is fake (trying now), then call Paypal again, etc, etc.), then after Paypal contacted them suddenly the tracking info was different, shown as delivered yesterday (which of course it wasn't). I see there are a bunch of other MLB gear sites that also appear to be fake so BEWARE, AND DO SOME RESEARCH BEFORE PURCHASING!

I ordered a hat on September 16th 2020, they sent me the tracking# on the 17th, when I track the shipment it shows delivered on the 15th. IT WAS DELIVERED THE DAY BEFORE I PURCHASED THE HAT, how is that possible?... No info through PayPal and no response from this company... HHORIBLE EXPERIENCE DO NOT BUY

My mother wanted to buy my older brother a jersey. The jersey was cheap and surprisingly affordable. This should've been the first red flag. $34 for a jersey is an amazing price so she charged my fathers card and the transaction was "denied" so she charged her MasterCard next her card was also denied. 2 minutes later she got an email from the website and it thanked her for her transactions. Buttt the email said it would cost more money since it was from foreign lands. This should've been my moms second red flag. She waited for two jerseys that never came. She decided to order from a different website that my older brother sent to her saying it wasn't a scam, the site was called mlbjerseys. Shop. This jersey was $88.99 it was on sale for $78. My mother didn't learn from her first mistake so she tried to buy this jersey. She once again charged two of her cards and neither of them worked. 2 minutes later she got an email thanking her for her transaction. The email also said that it would be more expensive since it is being shipped from foreign lands. My mother was furious and called her bank right away she was only able to stop one transaction and she had to pay $95 from the other card. She soon figured out the same company owned both websites and she was scammed by them twice. My mother was trying to save money but she did the opposite she payed for three things she will never get. My mother wishes she read one of these reviews before but unfortunately she didn't. She trusted that my older brother would've been more responsible and would've made sure a company would not scam her again. I'm happy my mother was fortunate enough to not lose as much money as other people have. But it sure does stink to be scammed. My mother and father are still working on getting new cards, so please no matter how good a sites deal is look up the reviews and make sure they can be trusted. Learn from my mothers mistake don't repeat it.

Said they would use PayPal but actually they use another "third party" company to collect the money... Money came out right away but the item never got shipped... Never heard from Mlbjerseyshop after I checked out. Never received an email... Contacted them 15 times and never got a response. $#*! those crooked Chinese bastards. I hope Trump kills them all

This site presents itself like the official MLB shop site but with great discounts. Once you place your order, it is apparent that you are dealing with someone in China. On receiving merchandise, it does not look like the official jersey represented on the website. These items are FAKE. When you try to initiate return, you get poor, broken English responses to correspondence. AVOID doing business with this site.

Purchased a shirt and was notified they don't have it in stock. Offered an exchange or refund. I requested a refund. 2 weeks later and still no refund. Email inquiries responses are slow. First told me it would be a week to refund. Now 15-21 business days. My card shows no refund in process from the merchant after 2 weeks. I will never shop here again.

I ordered two jerseys from mlbjerseys.us and this is NO scam! They are as nice a jersey that I have ever seen here in th U.S. They where out of stock on one of the NFL jerseys I ordered and trying to get at least one jersey to me before Christmas, they shipped the first jersey and then ate the cost of shipping me the second jersey. I save a big $$$ on this site.

Ordered over $200 on merchandise for my son. Never received. I emailed their bogus customer service email, they responded with some broken english telling me they refunded me the money. They never refunded me the money. I have emailed back and fourth and they claim to have sent me the jerseys which is why they did not refund the money. Then I noticed a charge on my credit card for $600 at a makeup store and another $300 at a clothing store I have never been to. Luckily my bank reversed the transaction. So they stole my money and stole my credit card and tried to buy more merchandise. These people need to be in jail.

Placed an order online, they wouldn't take one of my CC but took the other. After waiting a day for the order confirmation and tracking number, I sent a msg to find out where it was. No response, then i noticed that i had 2 strange charges on my CC account which i disputed and then about a week later i had 5 $100 charges on the same account on the same day. So i disputed those as well and had to cancel the credit card and order a new one. DO NOT EVER ORDER $#*! FROM THESE $#*!S!

I ordered football jersey and it is so cheap looking. Name on the back sewn on a patch of material. It even printed on shirt. And it's crooked. Stiching already coming out in front. Sent them pictures and they want to give me $5.00. How pathetic. Told them I want my money back and of course nothing.

Bank flagged the transaction, was charged for two transactions both higher in amount. I guess it was to good to be true.

I ordered two shirts and one authentic jersey. I tried cancelling them before they shipped them since It took over a week before they shipped the items and they told me ti "have patience" (in other words no). Then only the two shirts came and no jersey. I emailed them and they said "they forgot to tell me the jersey was out of stock". Then they said they "sent it in another shipment but to wait for it", but didnt send a tracking number. I told then i wanted a full refund because they sent me fake items and i they said to wait for the last item to come so that i can send it back and get a partial refund. They like and steal your money. Please dont buy from these people. I have proof for anyone who doesnt believe me
