I was referred to Mr. John Donohue at the National Legal Solutions Center. The service was excellent - professional, superior quality, and very timely. I was able to complete the whole process remotely, which was extremely helpful. I would highly recommend this office to others!
I am an attorney who has been a subscriber to LegalMatch.com for several years, hoping to receive quality case referrals. However, my experience with the service has been overwhelmingly negative. The cases I have received through LegalMatch have been of very low quality and often seem like and in fact are spam. Moreover, my interactions with the company have been disappointing. Despite being a long-term subscriber who has paid a significant amount of money for their services, I have not been treated with the respect or consideration that one would expect. Based on my experience, I would whole heartedly not recommend other attorneys to their referral network. The cases provided are not worth the investment, and the company's treatment of its subscribers is bad in my opinion. Additionally, the monthly costs are ridiculously high. Based on my personal experience and opinion, I would not recommend to anyone.

LegalMatch.com was quick and easy and free. A brief form needed to be filled out and then I was put in touch with five lawyers. All five offered free consults and were very friendly, and professional. I did hire one-Beatriz Zyne, who handled my divorce case with professional knowledge and compassion. She was able to be aggressive to reach a reasonable settlement. Most of the case was handled out of state and she was able to handle it with ease. I had to return to FL only twice.
Legal match sent me the name of an attorney who practices in New Jersey and Florida. I needed help with my will and setting up LLC's. The attorney that they sent me charged me $1500 and four months later the task is still not completed at first he was responding to my texts, my emails and my calls and promising me next week next week next week Here it is January 2024 and now he doesn't respond at all..
Tip for consumers:
I paid him over the phone with a credit card, so I don’t have a paper receipt. Just a credit card statement.

A recommended attorney by legal match
I contacted Legal-Match and put my case information about my issues. I recieved what seemed to be computer generated messages from different lawyers. Since the response seemed generated, I didn't know if these were actual lawyers reaching out about the case. Every correspondence said the same thing. The only thing different was the name of the lawyer or law firm. No one stated anything in the message that would let me know that they actually read my case. Not one addressed any of the issues in my listing. Nonone asked about a time, date nor location. They did however state their rates. Some actually wanted to receive 500 bucks just to talk on the phone no mattervof the call was 2 minutes or 20. They also don't have to take the case. 500 for a conversation just to get a email saying they can't help you. Itvseems that the lawyers just want a easy fast case with one or two court appearances.
So I signed up and low and behold customer service was minimal. Besides that the website doesn't bring up my keyboard and tried to reset my password and can't because of it. I'm reporting this a fraud I suggest you all do the same.

They promote themselves as a matching referral service but they do absolutely no intake of PCs at all. They do not filter out any clients whatsoever, so their claim of having thousands of potential clients seeking attorney assistance is more like 100s who actually are ready to hire an attorney or even have a case that can be worked on. On top of that, you are competing to reach the client first from other LegalMatch members. They prey on newer attorneys hoping to build business, but are no more than a funneling system for PCs doing online research on their issue. You are better off joining your local bar association's referral program until you build a name for yourself. Save yourself the money on worthless leads, and always be weary of companies that do not offer a 30-day money back guarantee. If their services were this valuable, why not allow people have a tryout period?
Tip for consumers:
Not very transparent on the exact services you are purchasing. Demo did not allow for contacting of clients nor did it explain how they acquired their referrals. In the end, it appears that potential clients enters 100% of the information just by stumbling onto their site during a cursory search for legal services and filling in the website questionnaire. They are a funneling service and not a true Referral Service.

They call almost every day wanting to send referrals to our law firm. We have never responded and they will not give up in calling and leaving rude voicemails! Came on here and read about this company and after doing this it all makes sense. Thanks but no thanks!
Legal Match set me up with clients who don't have the money to pay or want free services. The company bugs you constantly to pay them, even when you are making no money from their "clients." It was a bad decision of mine to sign up with them and I recommend that other lawyers avoid them at all costs. If you try to call them, there is no phone number posted that will actually put you through to the company.
Tip for consumers:
Not to sign up with them.
Basically leads who cannot pay and many family law cases with people angry that they did not comply with CPS's case plan. AVOID!

The product does not work at all, and the company will not issue refunds. Terrible business. Do not purchase their leads!
I regret ever signing up with LegalMatch. They are constantly confused about where I work and what I do and keep sending the wrong kinds of cases to the wrong attorneys in my office. I've been trying since last year to get things corrected and I finally had to give up. They will try to sign you up for an abusive auto-renew contract with a limited cancellation window, so be careful there, too.
Avoid.

I recently signed up as an attorney and the lead quantity and quality are really bad. Attorneys should avoid using this service. There are many other lead providers that are much better.
My law firm was interested in partnering with Legal Match under the assumption that it was a referral business for new clients. After receiving a sales pitch, we were no longer interested, as the price for the leads was not justifiable and the sample leads did not seem to be good leads we were interested in. Since that pitch, Legal Match representatives continually send misleading emails and call my personal cell phone number under the pretense of being a potential new client. This type of fraudulent behavior is extremely concerning, and I regret ever considering this scam of a company.
I put in probono attorneys. They gave me Arthur goldman. You'll hear from him 1 day few times then 3 weeks will go by and nothing.! No communication, making you feel better, you'll ask for recommendations. He'll just say what do you want to do. He just wants to settle right away. I asked to put the court date back once because of work and he kept setting it back. I still didn't get what I wanted. Your better off doing your own research on attorney.
I took the time to post the details of my case. The website states that lawyers will review your case within 24 hours and determine if they can represent you.
I posted my case over a week ago, and it has not even been viewed by anyone. I sent a follow up inquiry several days after posting, and nobody responded.
While in theory it is a great idea to match lawyers with potential clients, the reality is that there is a complete breakdown in the system, and nobody is actually reviewing the cases.

Worthless attorneys who don't read, and can't communicate effectively. Rude employees! Tells me to report to BAR! Good luck with that!
Tip for consumers:
They are terrible
This is the worst marketing decision I ever made. Half of my marketing budget is tied up with legalmatch. The quality of their leads are awful. Since I signed up for criminal defense leads, I was realistic about the quality of leads I would be getting. I didn't know they would not meet my lowest of lows expectations. They need court appointed attorneys. They can't afford private attorneys. And I don't charge the highest fees. I've resigned that I will be losing money each month until my plan expires in 2024.
I put a case out there because a living trust bank trustee sold a house for ******* less thans it value. After taking a 2500 retainer with no contact. The lawyer kevin connell call the trustee, found out little, then quit because i asked him to do what i hired him for. Tell them the house was under sold. Thats nice he quits after cashing my money orders, of thank you legal match for creating a new problem, Just what I wanted.
Their interview protocol on their website is so limited in choices that I could not use them at all. I tried calling them at *******234 and *******070 and received ideal automated answers on both numbers. The 866 number sent me to voice mail, where I heard a recording that this voice mail was not receiving any messages. The 775 number simply hung up on me. I suggest you not invest even two seconds of your valuable time seeking assistance from this company.

That this site is totally useless.

Lawyers: don't fall for this scam. These people are two bit con-artists and thieves. They stole $751 from me I'll have to collect in small claims because of their fraud. Avoid like the plague, they'll try to rob you blind
My experience with LegalMatch was unpleasant. Despite my numerous pleas to be removed from their contact list, LegalMatch keeps in contacting me and my firm, leaving me with no choice but to share my negative experience with them.
LegalMatch created a huge burden on me as a young attorney and I greatly regret using their services. Even though I utilized their software the best I could and had a great response time for new leads, I had a hard time obtaining any satisfactory leads. I was trapped in my contract, despite dismal results after 6 months, and could not get out without paying money I did not have. Not only did I receive inadequate support throughout the entirety of the term, but my case manager went missing for several months, failing to respond to my inquiries. The costs for their services for my contract were the equivalent of several consult fees per month. In my experience, most if not all LegalMatch leads were expecting discounted rates and were unwilling to pay a consult fee.
But for the character limit I could go on, but overall, I would advise you avoid the frustration and LegalMatch altogether.
Tip for consumers:
Avoid this company.
Do not sign up for this service or become an attorney associated with this plan. They are the absolute worst.
Legal Match is a waste of money. This site collects over $400 a month from attorneys who get the lazy, uneducated, broke and bunk questions that people google and submit into their site and then they say you have a match, you have a case. These cases are normally dead cases or nothing to jump for joy about thats for sure. They trick you into thinking they guarantee you cases or your money back after two years... hahaha we have tried their "help" since June and got NOTHING. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
Tip for consumers:
DONT DO IT
Legal match is a bad solution for both attorneys and their clients. For attorneys they sell you on their 'hundreds' of leads, before locking you into a expensive, worthless contract. The leads they do provide go nowhere, have no money to pay for services, or were told by legal match that the attorney would handle the matter as part of their relationship with legalmatch - Probono.
We've all but begged Legalmatch to remove us from their call list. Regardless we get multiple calls per day, and numerous attempts by their agents to be as manipulative as possible.
This referral service is a scam. It has no credibility. Stay away.
I am an attorney who pays legal March now $417 per month to have access to leads. I agreed to a 3 year contract in order to increase my business. However, having been with them for almost 2 years, I would not recommend this service to other attorneys. First, they refuse to tell you how many other attorneys are seeing the same leads. They will tell you they're not over saturating the area you have access too, but won't tell you how many other people are reaching out to the same clients. Second, they have switched account managers on me a ton in the time that I've had them. Every time I get placed with a new account manager, they reach out to me once, say they're going to follow up with people I've responded too, so it for a few days, then stop. And I never see them following up with potential clients again until I complain. They won't let you out of your contract. But they won't do their part in following up with clients on a consistent basis either. And they're constantly letting in people on their website who don't have any money to pay attorneys and want a free lawyer or free legal advice. Their screening should be stopping this but it doesn't. I've given them suggestions on how they could more effectively get paying clients. Yet, they still haven't changed their system. This, I am paying for access to people who don't have money to actually spend on medal services, which is a waste of thousands of dollars. Needless to say I won't be renewing my contract. But hopefully this helps other people make an informed decision before they decide to sign a contract. There are cheaper ways to increase your business that don't require 3 year commitments.
No more wasting time looking for a lawyer to handle your case. Use LegalMatch's fast and easy online services to find the right lawyer.
