I bought a boot for Christmas, the boot is ok. But now after two months they took money from my account, they told me it was for a VIP card. But I never applied for this card. I never had any interest in having a VIP card from this store. Now I have to deal with the headache of calling the bank, canceling the card... I'm totally disappointed

My first review after ordering many times. Shipments arrive in good amount of time. This item is a nice material. True to size.

I've been ordering clothes here for a long time and had only the best online experience so far. Her clothes always fit her well, the material is of good quality and she is very chic and fashionable. Everyone asks me where I buy my clothes. SheIn is my first choice when I want to go shopping on the internet. Customer service and delivery are fantastic too! I highly recommend this online store.

I started shopping at ShoeDazzle.com at first, then was turned on to JustFab. Such great quality, I'm still wearing boots I bought the first time I ordered. The clothes fit like they were made for me, and I can't get a good fit off the rack, so another reason to not shop elsewhere. I didn't have to spend that much to become a Diamond VIP Elite member, and it's the discounts that make it so I can't afford to leave things there! At holiday time I give quality gifts from JustFab because my membership makes it affordable.

I was so disappointed in the pricing and quality of products. It has changed too much since when I first became a member.

I really appreciate you getting clothes items out quickly. It is refreshing to see that there are hard workers who take pride in their work. Your descriptions of each item, sizes, etc. are excellent. When an item is unavailable you let me know. I think I might have one more coming in, but I will have to look. I am very pleased with your tops, etc. Wonderful colors! Thank you!

I have called roughly 3 times about my order. Every time I call they tell me it will be there in 24-72 hours. This complete BS. Not only that but they ALMOST charged me the VIP Membership BS. Until i called and I could "NOT PAY THE MONTH" i shouldn't have to be wasting MY OWN TIMES because they are SCAM of a website. This is ROBBERY. They advertise their $10 shoes but OF COURSE they don't advertise THE $40 MONTHLY FEE. If I could rate them lower than 1 star I would. Notice in the pictures attached how it says shipped nov. 29 and its SHIPPED AGAIN?! Dec. 12. I WANT WHAT I F****** PAID FOR.

It's easy to check out hopefully the fit right. I have received them and I'm impressed by the material but it just didn't do anything to my body that made me feel they were worth the amount charged. They're still super cute and comfy. But they're something I could spend ten bucks on at a different store or site.

As a long-time customer, I've been consistently impressed with JustFab's shoe collection. Not only are the designs original and beautiful, but they also provide exceptional comfort. Whenever I wear my JustFab shoes, I receive numerous compliments. Thank you for making my feet look amazing!

I have purchased several pairs of footwear from Just Fab; boots, booties, heels, sneakers, and I LOVE every pair! From low platform sneakers to 4.5" heeled boots...I look forward to wearing them every chance I get. Most women typically pick footwear based on outfit, but I love my JustFab footwear so much I plan my outfits around my footwear! And compliments abound when I go out!

I find every shoe I order from Justfab is super comfy (yes, even heels!) but these little open toe clogs are amazing! Wore them out to dinner and ended up walking around town after and my feet felt great. They look super cute too!

Justfab/shoedazzle (they're really the same company) is great overall. When they have sales, it's totally worth it. Cute and fun shoes. Sometimes the quality can be better, but if you're getting the super sale price, who can complain? Most of my shoe closet is from their inventory! Great customer service as well!

Order was over 30 days late. I don't like the quality t of the boots need to return

The item is fine, but the choices for plus sizes is pathetic. If I didn't have credits I still need to use, I would have unsubscribed. Now I have credits, but can't find anything that fits.

And I have not received my email for this month, so that I can skip it, so I imagine that I'm going to be charged again.

I was very happy with this program for a long time, but not any more.

I love JustFab. The selection, quality, deals and quick shipping is a huge draw for me. There's always something on sale or promoted for every season.

Long-time member & never disappointed in the quality or service. Products are fresh & price point affordable. Always satisfied with my justfab experience!

It is great to be able to order shoes that I know will fit. I have a hard time finding my big size in stores. I've recently ordered 3 very different pairs of boots and they all fit! It's not hard to skip the month when I don't need anything. I really enjoy this site.

I love these! I got so many compliments when I wore them to a wedding! & pretty comfortable too! I was expecting to be in pain all day but they really were the perfect height of heel to walk around in! I also really liked how the strap was adjustable so I'd be sure that heel strap wouldn't slide off. My only complaint is with shipping, I paid for 2 day shipping and I got them a week later. If it weren't for my friend whose flight was a few days after mine, I wouldn't have had them on time for the event.

I ordered these shoes for my upcoming vacation they came in a timely manner and were just as described and fit perfectly! Thanks for making me feel like Cinderella!

They charge you 39.95 a month for the VIP, the credit only extends to justfab.com and not their sister sites. Now when I did call in to cancel they refunded my monthly charge and upon my request canceled my membership. Half of one of my orders has been showing up as pending for about four months (I know I should have dealt with it sooner), they said I need a lost claim code from fed-ex. Fed-ex in turn told me to contact the original shipper.

The quality and pricing is about what you would expect from Target/Walmart's nicer products, so I don't have a complaint on quality. The "deals" they offer are nothing special so just buy without the VIP or shop at one of the two previous mentioned stores.

I love JustFab. I never had any problems returning items that didn't work for me. The credit is placed in my account quickly upon return to UPS store.

Love JustFab but the delivery time takes longer and longer. I have waited 12 days now for my order and still haven't received it. It keeps getting delayed for no reason. Not sure what's going on but it's frustrating, especially for how long I have had a membership.
