Offers you tickets at a lower price but guess what in few hours you'll get and email saying those tickets were no longer available and they'll offer you different seats which are priced originally the price you have paid and there is a chance of another change but you can't cancel your order basically telling you (you're stuck with it now). Pretty cool trick they use...

This was a very good website, I was just nervous on how cheap the tickets were. I was also overwhelmed with all the emails I got purchasing tickets.

Great site. Was gonna use LiveNation but i saw that these tickets were half the price. However it is inconvenient that the tickets do not actually get to me until the day of the concert.

They charged my credit card, then sent me an email saying "There's been an error processing your request".
Still not having heard back from them on the day of the show, we rang them. They said "We'll send you your tickets in 1hr".
I waited 2hrs and called, they then said "Sorry, there are no tickets left for that show tonight".
They gave me a refund, but why charge me in the first place if you can't guarantee tickets?!

It was a good experience and I thought it was pretty easy to find the tickets that I was looking for

Bought my ticket for a concert, which was postponed twice but their customer service rejects a refund. It's difficult to get someone in line to begin with, than they are rude and overwhelmed. I wish I would have never bought with them. In addition, we bought their insurance in case we cannot.go which is useless because they also do not refund for postponed concerts. You will spend hours trying to resolve issues and that is not worth the money while other companies refunded with no issue.

I searched and compared several sites and Good Seat Tickets averaged $45 lower prices on this row of seats.

People, please don't buy tickets from these crooks. Once you buy them there is nothing you can do to get your money back regardless of what happens next, even when it's their fault!

They promised to e-mail the tickets in a timely manor, that didn't happen and it cost me over $671.28 for 3 tickets that never arrived in time.

All in all I got my tickets however if a digital copy could be available without waiting through the box office wpuld be highly recommended! Thanks for getting us a cheaper deal in the long run yall were the cheapest I found and I looked for days! Have a blessed day!

My son purchased 2 tickets to a Chris Young concert, we received a receipt email but NOTHING more. 3 emails & 4 phone calls the customer service person says maybe call this # in the morning to see if they know what to do. I will NEVER use this poor excuse of an event ticket sales again. Horrible experience and hoping to not be out $200!

Lower prices than any of the other sites you can purchase tickets through, which made the service and delivery fees less hard to swallow. Also, I received an additional 5% off to entice me to come back and purchase the tickets I had been looking at the evening before.

I've been promising my 12 year old daughter ticket's to see Ariana Grande for month's now.
I went on ticketmater and StubHub and for the same seats we got on this site it was $485.00, I only paid $253.47 on Goodseats! And as soon as I paid I got the conformation E-mail and two seconds later, the Mobil tix were sent to my IPhone. I was a little svared at first and was still thinking, what if we get there and these are fake ticket's. But reading all the reviews, I couldn't be more pleased, I would recommend this to anyone! So glad i searched around!

They don't reveal their fee added to the tickets until you click accept on final stage of charging. Extremely unethical. Lots of folks site this issue, but reviews are buried. They've listed my tickets as 'delivered' but were not. Paid just under $1,000 for tickets to an event and am wrestling with them about the tickets I DON'T HAVE YET.
