Never used this site before so after reading about it decided to give it a chance. They had the best rates. Bought tickets for my son flying from Chicago, going to Brussels with a stop in Dublin, then back through London. When booking online I got an immediate call from farechamp to authorize my credit card & lock in the rate. I was able to sign the authorization from my cell phone- pretty neat. The person was very helpful answering my questions & gave me tips like I was booking with British airways but need to check in at Aer Lingus.We did not have to change anything once flight was booked. But all went as scheduled. Thanks farechamp! I have had other flights to book & tried this site but rates were better elsewhere so it always pays to check around.

Wanted to change date would not help on any way. The wanted 1500 dollars to change my return date. My round trip ticket was $700. Read the reviews. I wished I had don't it and I would not be in this position. Now I will have to get a return flight home through another air line for 350. They are scaming people when they see they are away and almost have to start over
