A good idea for renting generators for an indefinite period. For uninterrupted work, we first rented an electric generator for the office. No complaints, it works perfectly, there were no problems. I think it's time to buy to provide favorable working conditions. The product has passed the test.

I have waited over a month for them to fulfill my order of the Honda EU200i companion pack of generators. After the first week of no shipment I made my initial contact and was told the order would ship soon, after 2 weeks I called again and same story. I was finally shipped one of two but after one month I still do not have the second generator. :(. ... Thank goodness I paid with Amazon payments and they are now involved. Honda should consider pulling their distribution, and Amazon should refuse to accept their payments... This is the first time I have ever written a bad review about any company.

Horrible company with the worst customer service. They are rude and ask inappropriate questions and aren't helpful at all. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with.

I bought these 100w panels to recharge my Delta Ecoflow 1300w solar generator and I am happy with my choice. With full sun, they are giving me 80 to 90 watts! Some people showing even 94 watts. I do have Ecoflow 110w panel and it is a more superior product but cost twice as much. These Rockpals are one of the best on a market, among foldable panels right now, regarding price and quality. I wish it would have an integrated stand to position them easily but for the price, I can manage that issue myself. Overall I am happy with this purchase

Did just receive an email confirming the cancellation, finally. Now we'll see about the refund. However, the cancellation notice included my purchase price minus a $16.71 adjustment fee from GeneratorSite? Let me see if I understand correctly. They want to charge me because THEY were unable to fill an order? REALLY? I'm sure that they think I will just be happy to get back most of the money and will not pursue the matter. They are in for a surprise.

Contrasted with other comparative units available this has the prevalent battery innovation. Totally quiet, no fuel or support, and with a 7-year life rating, I will take this over any 12v battery unit for its unwavering quality to be there for my family in the event of a crisis.

Bought a GE range based on a lot of positive reviews and let me mention I have not a thing positive to say about them. We used the grill most of the summer and when the weather got cold we decided to use the broiler. Worked for 5 uses and then shut the complete range down with an overheat error code. I checked thermocouples as well as elements for resistance and all checked fine. BTW if you think it is easy to do anything on this "unit", not so. You could not even access the devices from the front as after removing the mounting screws the wiring harness went into the body. This unit is extremely expensive to service as I had to remove two access covers and unlike our Maytag appliances this unit has very sharp edges and nothing is bent flat. Really a piece of junk. GE wrote and wanted to know the problem so I gave them a complete troubleshooting report and that is the last I have heard from GE. Their ads are quite misleading too-the home appliance division is owned by Haier since 2016, a Chinese company. All I can say is gee don`t buy GE. It looks like the problem may be a control module very expensive and I will probably buy a Whirlpool product as they have been very solid performers for us.

Be careful with this company. They charged me twice, three days apart for the same order for $5,041.36. They came up with some lame excuse that their system sometimes does this. Then after calling them it takes 7-10 for a refund to my credit card account. That is as lame as it gets!
