Do i really need to purchase all of the supplements shown in the book? i am really annoyed that it wasn't explained about these supplements before purchasing the diet, i feel very mislead by this and can't really afford to buy the supplements therefore i feel i have wasted my money purchasing the book.

I did not purchase anything in addition to this book and still had great results. Its not necessary its an "in addition" to if you prefer as it will help you speed up the weight loss process. Not to mention they are all extremely beneficial to your over well being.

All supplements are optional and are only suggested to help accelerate fat burning. All the food is easily available in any supermarket. There's nothing weird you need to buy.
