This means they appreciate how important excellent customer service is and recruited a sales and support staff dedicated to meeting your every need. We, as a company, take pride in our long list of satisfied and delighted customers and strive to grow that list longer everyday
It's a SCAM. They stole my money and never delivered the wristbands. I tried contacting them by phone and email but never got any answer. Luckily my credit card should reimburse me, but be warned!
Also, they lie on their forms:
On the proof form they sent me they report the BBB logo (Better Business Bureau) saying that they are accredited by the BBB, but this is actually not true (as clearly stated on the BBB website: http://www.bbb.org/houston/business-reviews/novelties-retail/wristbands-net-llc-in-houston-tx-*******/customer-reviews)
In short, it's a SCAM.
BAD customer service, SLOW shipping, paid for FAST TRACK delivery and they came a month later! Writing on wristbands so SMALL you cant see it properly! This is a warning, dont use this company spend your money elsewhere!
