All the units are well made and absolutely all in tact so fitting them was no hassle at all, the designer did a spot on job and Chris in the showrooms help was beyond reproach, all in all I would definitely recommend wrens to anyone

I used Wren for a rental property kitchen and couldn't be more pleased with the result. Someone will measure up your kitchen including windows, doors, radiators, electrical plugs, taps etc and put the measurements into a design app. You are allocated a designer who will work with you on a 2D and 3D computer lay out, placing the units, cooker, sink and cupboards to fit your kitchen layout. You choose your style and colour of units, your work tops and handles etc. You have an option to choose their ovens and sinks or you can keep your own. As the design comes together you are free to change your mind or try out different combinations. The showroom has a large range of kitchens, worktops, handles and kitchen appliances for you to be inspired and to suit your budget. Furthermore the units come ready assembled making it easier and cheaper to be installed. Wren offer a 3-5 year payment plan so you can spread the cost. I am so pleased I went with Wren, I cannot recommend them highly enough.
Wonderful experience from start to finish. I can be a bit picky and Wren kitchen managed to put all my worries to bed. Amazing from selecting the kitchen we wanted ( we did choose a few and changed our minds) to the amazing Lewis who installed our kitchen for us!

Wren looked after us from start to finish. The designer showed us many different designs with our chosen kitchen and showed lots of patience with us we had one slight problem with one of the doors which was quickly replaced

Got our new kitchen from the Eastbourne branch. And had the best experience, only went to look and ended up getting a whole new kitchen. The staff were really helpful in the store as well as the after care team on the phone. Couldn't fault them. We're so happy with the end result...thanks wren

Very impressed with the aftersales service. One of the cupboards doors was dropping a bit 3 weeks after fitting and we raised the case in between Christmas and new year. The next week a fitter came in and sorted it. Efficient communication quick and responsive. 5/5

Everything went well from the moment that we sat down for the first time with our designer to the moment we said goodbye and thanks to our kitchen fitter. Very happy with what we have and fun cooking in a great space.
From the time we walked into wren show room we felt confident we had the right decision everything from planning to delivery went as smooth as possible we are absolutely delighted with the kitchen and the quality can't recommend wren highly enough

We are very pleased with our kitchen
We have had an issue with water pressure on the new taps, which was not explained very well by the site surveyor.
Better packaging on the units for delivery would save Wren money on damaged units being replaced with the kitchen fitter having to return and ultimately save us the customer money on the kitchen cost.
