We are over the moon with our new kitchen. Our fitter (Chris) did an amazing job from start to finish- a true perfectionist. We were also very impressed with our service from Wren and our designer, Robert, also did a fantastic job for us.
Very good workmanship on install, we are very happy with the kitchen.
As before we have said in a review we do not want a Amazon voucher, we do not use Amazon this is because of how they treat their employees, but the other than that we are happy very with Wrens.
The showroom team were fab, especially Dan our designer and Jayne the assistant manager. They took the time we needed and even got the kids drinks and snacks while we did our order. We had a few visits and every time they were welcoming. Would definitely recommend Wren

Wouldn't go anywhere else. My friend just got his there too. I couldn't recommend this company enough! I shopped around and there was no comparison.
My daughter having an extension in July and will be going to Wren's too.

Terrible company - awful product and worse service. Save your stress and money and use anyone else! Literally! My £30k kitchen looks like a £5k kitchen at a push. My doors were replaced numerous times - they will offer numerous replacements and still make a profit! That tells you how rubbish it all is! I attach one photo - all bar door is peeling stained and looks like grott!
Had the best experience at Wren Derby. Nathan was great the whole way through and helped massively!
So easy to change and add details through the design process.
Quality of the kitchen was immaculate and came so well packed.

Really enjoyable experience with the entire Wren family from beginning consultation to the end installation and support. The 3D really helped us to make decisions before investing time and money in the final design. Would highly recommend Wren again and again!

The design experience with wren was brilliant and our designer did a great job with our kitchen. Delivery was fast and efficient the only down side was there was a few mistakes when it arrived and had to reorder some bits.
Used wren for my kitchen after looking at other kitchen makers. Found the quality to excellent. I fitted the kitchen myself and found it easy as the units come pre built. I would highly recommend wren.

My kitchen was designed by Katy at wakefield showroom. She was helpful, friendly, professional and above all (as I was on a budget) not at all pushy, she listened to what I wanted and designed my perfect kitchen. Delivery was spot on! I had one small issue with a damaged end and it was sorted and a new one delivered within a few days. I'm thrilled with my Wren kitchen and would def recommend!

We were absolutely impressed with the level of service and attention we had from both your sales team and the after sales and installation team.
The few minor issues we had ( a draw front missing and a draw runner not quite 100%) were quickly and efficiently resolved without fuss.
The overall result is a kitchen that we are rightly proud of.

Very good attentive service and quality kitchen. Would have given 5 star rating but Wren didn't want to help over the disgraceful AEG promotion debacle, when all you needed to do was ask your local AEG rep to sort it out!

Pre sales were great.
Post sales experience was one of the worst companies I have had to deal with.
We had our kitchen measured by their team, twice.
They managed to measure almost every part of the structure incorrectly, including where the gas and dishwasher points were located.
We have had to move the whole kitchen over as a result of their error.
As a result of the incorrect measurement, we had to re order units that fit correctly to our kitchen, and re pay to have our kitchen re fitted, which has cost us an additional £2,000.
To add to this, we have not received any compensation to the additional costs and time.
We have tried to contact them around 5 or 6 times now and we haven't had any contact back from them.

From the designers first visit right through the ladies on the phone, the guy checking all the measurements to the guys who fitted the worktop. They were all professional polite helpful and efficient a pleasure to deal with

I used Wrens Kitchens company for the first time. Customer service is excellent though I wasn't sure about the finished product until the kitchen was delivered and assembled. I absolutely love it! Now I am seriously considering another kitchen, but this is for myself. :)
