Absolutely disgusted with customer service from Wren. The induction hob was broken in transit and I have called on a number of occasions and no answer. We were told that we would definitely receive it within the next few days and now been told that it won't be for another 10 days. We have to pay the electrician and now have to wait over a month for him to fit it. Wren have done nothing to resolve this. Heartbroken.
From the moment we walked into the showroom to the time the kitchen was delivered we were advised by a very knowledgeable salesman ( there was a part missing but was sent in a couple of days) and just as important the wife is very happy with her new kitchen. Well done wren great service

From the design stage right through to delivery, the service and quality was excellent. Our new kitchen was fitted in readiness for Christmas, and it was a delight to cook Christmas lunch! Our friends who have visited are so impressed with it too! Thank you Wren!

We are so impressed with Wren from start to finish. The after care we received was very impressive. We had a couple of minor issues and Wren resolved these issues very quickly. I would definitely use Wren again. Lovely experience and stress free.

We visited the Exeter store and met with Ben the kitchen designer, he couldn't have been more helpful in designing our beautiful kitchen and going through all the different designs / appliances etc with us, at no point did we feel pressured, just pure customer based satisfaction.
8 weeks on and we now have our dream kitchen fitted by their approved installers, the whole process from design / delivery of the kitchen and the installation process couldn't have been any better. Its been a pure pleasure buying from Wren and can't fault their service in anyway

From initial consultation and being welcomed in store to the pre fitting and measurements being done the whole process was smooth and professional. Delivery on schedule and the fitter was amazing. When we had questions Wren came back within hours and the responses were well coordinated and relevant. Would definitely recommend!

Good experience everything went smoothly designer did a great job delivery was on time the back board of one of the cupboards was broken replacement sent out within a couple of days. Would recommend this company

From day one we were looked after giving us help, guidance and their patience. Yes we had one or two hiccups with delivery but it was rectified very quickly, installation was great and it looks fantastic.

They measured and designed my kitchen. Delivery was on the date booked. My builders installed in- I had an issue with a tap not working they sent a replacement within 2/3 days. The kitchen looks amazing.

From the design process to the delivery and installation Wrens were excellent. The quality is great, the appliances are high spec. We received great customer service through out and very pleased with our over all experience.

Ryan at Swansea showrooms was an excellent help in designing and overseeing the installation of my new kitchen. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he was professional and obviously well trained in supporting customers

Staff were so helpful from the moment we set foot into the store and were very patient for all the amendments we wanted. The software used to create the plan is incredible and a design can be prepared very quickly. Once we received the kitchen any replacement items were sent without a fuss and via next day delivery.

From the minute we walked in to the show room we were well looked after. Max took his time explaining things to us and was very patient even tho we kept on changing our minds with many things. We've never shopped at Wren before so this was a completely new experience and wow. It was amazing. From the staff right through to the stock and choice and knowledge it was such an enjoyable experience we actually enjoyed going back and for until we completed our kitchen.

The whole experience has been really easy. My designer, Daniel from Guildford was absolutely brilliant and very helpful. The delivery was nice and easy plus any damaged goods or parts of the design which needed tweaking were replaced by Wren FOC. I would recommend Wren for any kitchen!

Great service from start to finish, the cabinets are lovely, equivalent to the more expensive companies. We are very pleased we used their fitters, cannot praise them enough. Would defiantly recommend Wren

We chose a new kitchen from Wren and with the help of the advisor got a lovely kitchen with all new appliances for much less than we were expecting. The fitters were very professional and clean in their work. We are very pleased with the kitchen and would highly recommend Wren to anyone thinking of a new kitchen.
The design service was exceptional, Shaun at the Exeter Branch was innovative and considerate of our needs.
Delivery was prompt and efficient. Build quality superb, it went together quickly and easily, with exceptional instructions.
Couple of minor issues, rectified promptly by customer service with speedy delivery of parts.
All round, an excellent experience.

From start to finish I was extremely impressed with Wren. Callum, our designer, was so patient, creative and helpful with the design of our awkward shaped kitchen. The delivery was on time, and the drivers were really polite and considerate in where they put all the boxes. One item was missing, a quick call to customer services fixed that. We used our own fitters, and despite having a few issues with Wren in the past, they couldn't fault our delivery and everything went together smoothly. I'm so so happy with the kitchen, the digital renders were great but the real thing is incredible!

From start to finish Wren have been great. Our designer was fantastic, finding clever ways to get in the things we wanted. The delivery was on time and everything there (something people warned us a out but no issues from me). Quartz fitting was quicker than we were quoted and price was cheaper than Howdens and B&Q.
