Wren kitchen's does not know how to communicate with its customers. They have dropped the ball on 4 different days with delivering my order and the installers messed up the installation resulting in yet another delivery slot is required. I have taken off a total of 5 days from work to get the pieces delivered and installed and I still do not have all the correct pieces and kitchen is 80% installed. Very unhappy with how corporate is choosing to handle this. I will NOT recommend Wren Kitchens to ANYONE ever!
Disappointing Experience with Wren Kitchens – Avoid at All Costs! I have had an incredibly frustrating experience with Wren Kitchens. They cancelled my delivery THREE times, each time giving a different excuse. The excuses ranged from "no parking space" to "there's not enough room for the builder to work if we deliver the goods." These are things that could've easily been checked by the surveyor beforehand, so it felt like a complete waste of my time. When the units finally arrived, they were measured incorrectly. After many stressful conversations, new units were sent out. However, after all that effort, they managed to send the wrong replacements. To make matters worse, they like to blame the customer. I was told that I didn't need to worry about the measurements because the surveyor would ensure everything was correct. But when the issue was raised, they pointed me to the contract, saying it's my responsibility to measure, which was never communicated at the time of signing. Honestly, I will NEVER use Wren Kitchens again. The lack of professionalism and accountability is unbelievable. Please be careful if you're thinking of using them – you'll likely end up wasting your time and energy, just like I did.
Dealing with Wren has been the most frustrating experience I've ever had with a UK retailer. The designer was completely useless—treating his job like a video game, dragging units around on a screen with no thought about how they'd work in real life. The result? A so-called "fitted" wardrobe that looks like a cheap, off-the-shelf unit shoved into place, with ugly gaps on all sides. To make matters worse, they conveniently "forgot" to mention that fitting the wardrobe would void the warranty. We only found out after signing the contract and paying the deposit—at which point we were told that if we pulled out, we'd lose our money. It felt like a scam. Then came the delivery chaos. The dates got messed up, and instead of fixing it, Wren just bounced us between teams. No one takes responsibility; they just pass you off to someone else. Once you've signed the contract, you're no longer a customer—you're just a problem they want to get rid of. They sent parts we didn't need but refused to take them back. Same with their packaging waste. Every attempt to get it sorted was ignored or passed around in circles. And then, when we thought they couldn't possibly get any worse. On the second delivery, the driver refused to bring the units in because there was a mirror on the wall—something that wasn't an issue during the first, much bigger delivery. Instead of helping, they told my wife—eight months pregnant—to take it down herself or they wouldn't deliver. We were promised three times that a manager would call us. We're still waiting. What a joke of a company. Avoid at all costs.
It's over a year now since we had our kitchen put in and I find more and more things that are wrong but NOBODY cares, put a marble on the work top and it rolls away, the BIG draft gap under the units, the gap left between units and all the stuff left, I paid for a big worktop that I only needed half of, I had to chop the other half up to get it into my car to take to the skip along with all the doors that arrived broken and a big six foot piece that my husband decided to keep, but I don't even know what it was for. All in all a company that doesn't give a damn they have your money. The end
Everything went wrong. Kitchen was mismeasured, the pre-fit survey did not pick up the existing plumbing connections in the house, meaning once the fitting started, the whole kitchen had to be replumbed to get it to work. Parts on the order were missing, and took up to 14 days to replace. Parts were ordered by their kitchen fitter the wrong size. Parts were not complete when they were opened. The costs to myself on top of the kitchen for fitting ended up half as much as the kitchen due to Wren's incompetence. The Wren Customer installation team do not answer the phone for hours, leave you hanging on for hours once you do get through, and generally don't give a damn. The Wren Resolution Team is shocking, agreed i was owed compensation, but would not discuss how much until the job was finished, and then, on completion, offered me £100.00. I went to the ombudsman who fortunately ruled in my favour and i ended up with about £350.00 compensation, despite having spent around £5k on the fitting. I would avoid using Wren at all cost.
We had great support from the designer who really helped put a great design together that worked for our small space, whilst maximising the space as much as possible. Really happy with the design.
We have had 2 delivery dates and still no kitchen. Joiner and electrician booked and both times had to cancel. Wren tried to blame 3rd party courier but Wren Kitchens are totally to blame. Their delivery department is abysmal.
Brilliant design and time taken to ensure everything was right. The final kitchen is amazing, products are great and fitted with no problems. The only issue was the delivery and lack of response from the delivery co ordinator when trying to sort the booking which was really disappointing. No issue with the delivery people who were great, quick & very efficient.

We went to Wren expecting a new Kitchen to be unaffordable to us. We were pleasantly surprised, we chose the highest quality kitchen with Quartz worktops and it all came in at a great price.
The design experience was easy, Aaron was very helpful. Everything was delivered on time and in good order, nothing missing, nothing damaged. My husband is a Carpenter so we did fit the kitchen ourselves, and then the worktop team came in a finished what is an absolutely lovely kitchen.

Everything was spot on, delivered on time,quality of the appliances,kitchen units, worktops absolutely nothing to complain about even when we needed a replacement door it was sent the next day.
The only reason for losing a star was because my daughter had a wren kitchen fitted before us and she was promised £200 introductory fee when we bought our kitchen but unfortunately she never got it.
Very pleased with the service and units. Many visits to showroom, very helpful staff.

Answer: It was very easy to reach Customer service to change our delivery date and to report issues with cabinet doors. We received new doors relatively quickly.
