I bought the WP Dating plugin's standard package. After trying it for a month, I also booked their designers for custom design changes on my website. They finished the work a week early than the final date. Their support staff is very responsive. Overall, a great experience. Definitely recommended.

The theme is very good and the plugin they are providing has good dating related features which I need for my website.
They also provide mobile app which I will upgrade soon after getting more users on my site.

I'm a big fan of the WP Dating plugin. They have lots of features, and they're all easy to use.
I know that it can be difficult to manage the site and keep the members happy when you have so many features that everyone needs to use. But I haven't had any problems with the WP Dating plugin yet, and I've been using it for a few months now.
The most important feature is messaging; I couldn't have my dating site without messaging! There are a lot of other cool features, too: near me (where members can see each other based on location), private photos (so people can show themselves only if they want to), and meet me (so you can find someone who wants to "meet me" in real life). And there are a ton more features that I don't even use because they're not necessary for my site.
If you're setting up a dating site, I recommend checking out the WP Dating plugin.

I purchased their dating mobile app package, and they added everything to match the brand image I wanted. They also helped me publish the app on the Play Store.
Now that the app is completed, I want to market my app, and they promised to help with that too as they recently added a Dating SEO service.
Overall, I am satisfied with the development aspect and have high expectations for the SEO package.

The support service of wp team is really good. I was in a doubt because of few negatve reviews posted for the product, that is the reason I started from a basic package. But i got a good service with the product that I want for my website.

It is customisable and many admin options are there which helped me to create my site. I was planning to launch the site on Jan but I think I will launch it earlier. Thank you team. I personally recommend the product and their service!

Welcome all people and happy 2022. I work since some month now with the products from WP Dating. At the beginning it was a bit difficult for me, cos i didn't know much about the functions. I had so so many questions and i must say the support always helped me till today. They changed a lot for me or give me always introductions with screenshots to fix the problems. WPDating plugin is awesome, it's pretty simple to use and comes from someone who has absolutely no knowledge in scripts, HTML, or any developing skills. Also they have the custom development service if i need to add any new features or designs. A round of applause is the least I can do to show my appreciation towards the staff, excellent customer service, tending to after sales queries and so much more. A full package indeed and thumbs up to the team.

For that price $149, it's a decent plugin. There were some complications at initial stages but Neil quickly fixed the problems. Also, I've used some custom development service to tweak some features and design my site according to my need.

I bought the platinum package because it has the free installation service and it turned out to be a great choice. After I gave them my site login credentials they completed installation in a single working day. Nice work guys. The plugin is great too with no serious problem. Currently, I am working in it and started to like even more.

This review is about the pre-sales aspect of WPDating.
We scheduled 3 meetings with their integration team for a bespoke integration.
They late for each meeting and cancelled each one without an explanation or follow up.
Their actions may be a correlation to the quality of the product and available service during pre and post deployment.
We have decided to go with another provider.

This review is about the support from looking on to buying and to getting the website running. We have not started to use the website yet, so I will give another review when that happens.

So far, the experience has been amazing. The support team is really ON trying to help me as much as they can. When I was looking in to buying the pre sale support answered all of my questions quick and was polite and nice.

After buying they started working on the site at once. I am making lots of changes, and they are so nice telling me where to change what I can change and helping me out with things I can not.

Looking forward to see how the user experience will be.
