After calculating the time difference so that I could contact their technical support department during the hours they are available, I was pleased with the responsiveness.
They are still working to resolve all of my small issues, and I will revisit this review to let you know how that all turned out.

I've been working closely with wpdating for around 2 months now with 2 dating websites, and it was already AMAZING, to begin with. It just gets better and better. At first, I faced some problems that I thought were because of the plugin, so I contacted them immediately and got a solution within a few hours. The problem was due to misconfiguration of settings and was not from their software. They are now my only software provider for my dating sites. The sales team has been extremely awesome as well and particularly lately with some customization requests I have submitted.

This is a good product although there are still glitches to be ironed out and ideally an improved system should, d be created for ticket logs and updates. Overall value for money I believe is pretty good. Support is prompt but can vary depending on which agent you get. Nick M has been very helpful. Support hours are on Nepal time.

I used WP Dating club for my website, it is very good theme. Easy to make change images and colors according to my website and personalize. Support people also very helpful and always available when I need to make changes to my website.

The themes they create are extremely high quality and intricately editable to make them personalised to your dating site. Although I had some issues setting up the site at beginning, the support is always above and beyond for the assistance.

I had a question about how to use the plugin correctly and it is all in their website's knowledge base. This plugin helped me save a great deal of time, effort, and money! It's quite simple to use, has several customization options, and most importantly, it looks great!

I would strongly suggest this product to anyone who wants to easily start their own dating site!

Apart from what I will tell you, they also have fake reviews that appear after every low review. Trust NONE of the good reviews. If you were scammed as well, report WP DATING to the Better Business Bureau and contact their hosting provider and payment processor, just like how I am doing. I will make YouTube videos as well, because their scamming is actually ridiculous. Please read.

They claim they offer refunds, so I paid for 2 packages (because first was a mistake) and even told them ahead of time that first thing was mistake.

Now... Imagine emailing a company, saying you paid for something by mistake, but you will try the other one you wanted and asking them to send the balance for the difference or should you go ahead and purchase the other one? Because for sure they would give you a refund on the first one...

Imagine them responding to your error purchase, not warning you at all and allowing you to think they operate in good faith and fully aware that due to their deceptive website which leads you to purchase the wrong items, you were not even at fault.

So, after I purchased the right package, I was unhappy because the product was NOT as described. It shouldn't even be 40 dollars but I paid over 600 dollars (including the error purchase) so I asked for a refund.

They went from promising a refund to making up all kinds of policies, just basically gaslighting me and they will keep repeating sweet nothings basically talking around you and saying anything but what you are asking. They even said they were confused that I would want both refunded and tried to blackmail me into just taking one.

They said they will even have screenshots of the refund but nothing was returned, they changed their mind again! Just shows they have no real purpose to what they do, just trying to find angles to scam.

One of their tactics was saying I wanted the refund too fast (when on the website it says you need to ask within 10 days. But now all a sudden it's too fast!)

Then they said it was because I have a business partner after all kinds of other excuses! Basically, they just make up policies left right and center, so they really don't give refunds.

They try to reverse it on you, like you are the scammer. Without using their license code your themes cannot function so no one can just take their themes plus this is not how this works... Don't say you offer refunds when you don't.

I really trusted this company. But I guess I was wrong. They are short-sighted and clearly scam with ease, because they don't even believe in their product, and it's clear. They are just happy to milk this cow while it lasts. But reaping all the bad karma too, and it has nothing to do with reviews my dear, so good luck, you are going to need it after life is done with you.

Run away, they are unprofessional, tell nonsense, make you wait, they fix a bug and it breaks elsewhere. They disappear without saying anything for 3 weeks. They take your money and don't deliver what's agreed. They are in bad faith... in short if you do not want to waste your time and your money... flee flee flee! They are scammers

WPDating plugin is awesome, it's pretty simple to use and comes from someone who has absolutely no knowledge in scripts, HTML, or any developing skills. Also they have the custom development service if i need to add any new features or designs. I'm a big fan of the WP Dating plugin. They have lots of features, and they're all easy to use.
I know that it can be difficult to manage the site and keep the members happy when you have so many features that everyone needs to use. But I haven't had any problems with the WP Dating plugin yet, and I've been using it for a few months now.
The most important feature is messaging; I couldn't have my dating site without messaging! There are a lot of other cool features, too: near me (where members can see each other based on location), private photos (so people can show themselves only if they want to), and meet me (so you can find someone who wants to "meet me" in real life). And there are a ton more features that I don't even use because they're not necessary for my site.
If you're setting up a dating site, I recommend checking out the WP Dating plugin.

This review is about the support from looking on to buying and to getting the website running. We have not started to use the website yet, so I will give another review when that happens.

So far, the experience has been amazing. The support team is really ON trying to help me as much as they can. When I was looking in to buying the pre sale support answered all of my questions quick and was polite and nice.

After buying they started working on the site at once. I am making lots of changes, and they are so nice telling me where to change what I can change and helping me out with things I can not.

A plugin with an incredible number of bugs which only ever causes problems

The support tries hard but on the one hand it is very slow and on the other hand every error improvement leads to new errors elsewhere.

In the end, unfortunately, a non-working plugin!

I can only strongly advise against buying it!

If you have bought the plugin once and then want to reverse the purchase via PayPal, this will be rejected with the notification of the delivery of the product.
Of course the delivery took place - but unfortunately the plugin cannot be used!

Buying a website template from WPDating was the best decision that I have ever made. In all honesty I have never had any problems with the template in the entire yr and a half or any of their products. One of the greatest feature is their tech support, consistently being there for me and lending me a helping hand.
