Welcome all people and happy 2022. I work since some month now with the products from WP Dating. At the beginning it was a bit difficult for me, cos i didn't know much about the functions. I had so so many questions and i must say the support always helped me till today. They changed a lot for me or give me always introductions with screenshots to fix the problems. I had been hesitant about going through the process, but wpdating got me started and I am so glad that they did! Now that it's all set up, my site has attracted some really interesting people.

I found the wpdating after doing some research and it helped me a lot. The relish theme which I purchased is customizable with elementor which I liked the most.

They have been such a great help to me and they really helped me with my project of building a dating site and app.
The best thing about them is that they will always be there for you, even when it starts to get rough.

This review is about the support from looking on to buying and to getting the website running. We have not started to use the website yet, so I will give another review when that happens.

So far, the experience has been amazing. The support team is really ON trying to help me as much as they can. When I was looking in to buying the pre sale support answered all of my questions quick and was polite and nice.

After buying they started working on the site at once. I am making lots of changes, and they are so nice telling me where to change what I can change and helping me out with things I can not.

Looking forward to see how the user experience will be.

A plugin with an incredible number of bugs which only ever causes problems

The support tries hard but on the one hand it is very slow and on the other hand every error improvement leads to new errors elsewhere.

In the end, unfortunately, a non-working plugin!

I can only strongly advise against buying it!

If you have bought the plugin once and then want to reverse the purchase via PayPal, this will be rejected with the notification of the delivery of the product.
Of course the delivery took place - but unfortunately the plugin cannot be used!

After using Sweetdate, I've shifted to wpdating because both are Wordpress, and wpdating has more features and options. The team quickly set up my website in 2 days, and I'm currently testing out the features.

When I face some issues, the team quickly helps me solve them. Also, I have used their custom development to change some design of the dating theme premium and until now I am satisfied with they have delivered.

Although a little bit difficult to start with, I got the quality that I paid for. The support responded within a day and solved all my issues. But there's no iOS app which is a bit disappointing though they have PWA app which is a kind of alternative for me at the moment.
Besides that I am satisfied with what I paid.

For that price $149, it's a decent plugin. There were some complications at initial stages but Neil quickly fixed the problems. Also, I've used some custom development service to tweak some features and design my site according to my need.

Run away, they are unprofessional, tell nonsense, make you wait, they fix a bug and it breaks elsewhere. They disappear without saying anything for 3 weeks. They take your money and don't deliver what's agreed. They are in bad faith... in short if you do not want to waste your time and your money... flee flee flee! They are scammers

The site never worked. Every time, they fixed one thing the next wouldn't work. I will never use their service again. I wouldn't waste my time.

This is a good product although there are still glitches to be ironed out and ideally an improved system should, d be created for ticket logs and updates. Overall value for money I believe is pretty good. Support is prompt but can vary depending on which agent you get. Nick M has been very helpful. Support hours are on Nepal time.

The teams are only extorting money from their clients by adding problem to your app or plugin and asking u to pay them to fix it which is bad and they don't care about it
