Plenty of communication during the phases of sending/receiving my items and during the selling process. Once my items sold, however, all communication from Worthy ceased. They quote a time frame of 3-5 days to receive your payment once the item sells. On day four I called for an update and was told that I would receive payment on the next day, the fifth day. On the fifth day, I called and was told that it was too late in the day (4PM) because "finance closes at 5:30pm" but that I may still receive payment that day but it would certainly be by the next day, the 6th day. On the 6th day, I chose not to wait until the end of the day to call. When I called I was told that I would receive payment in the next 1-2 business days (today is Friday, Monday would be the 9th day). I was told that there was no one to escalate my phone call to when I asked for a manager. I was told there were no guarantees about when I would receive the funds. I have now been told three days in a row that I would receive the funds that day or the next day and now on the third day the story is it will be another one to two more days. I've lost confidence in anything they tell me at this point and am wondering if I'll get my money without taking further steps. THE MOST IMPORTANT PART OF THE ENTIRE PROCESS is the part they can't get right. Of course, they've received their payment.

Payments for successful sales are normally issued within 5 business days of the sale being finalized however the recent holiday created some delay in the processing time. Proceeds for both sales were issued to you on January 5th which would have been within the normal timeframe for the watch's payment. We sincerely apologize for the slight delay in the payment of your ring and for any confusion that led to such a poor experience.

Worst experience ever. Been selling jewelry for 20 years on eBay. They took my jewelry. Lack of communication took several weeks to even get an auction going. There were platform software issues so I couldn't change reserve prices. I tried on their mobile app I tried on my computer. I tried several different browsers. I called their tech-support they seem to care less. Their fees are super high. They claimed it was a 10 day process. It took over three months. Then they lost two of my pieces for over a month, it took them to return it to me and I live two states away. Pretty much felt like it was a scam. Two of my high price items I was offered pennies on the value. Their professionalism lacked their customer service lacked their communication lacked their software platform, lacked the prices. They offered lacked long story. Short sellers beware and stay away!

They'll be very nice and attentive until the product doesn't sell. The. Towards the end of after the bidding process they no longer call u to inform u of things don't send out correct emails. Sent my ring to a far Fedex location instead of directly to my home (where it was picked up from). When I called they lady had so much attitude and could not send me a copy of the said email. They'll bid and you won't get much, the jeweler offered me more. You'll waste more time than anything, not to mention who knows if they switch your diamond now I have to go get it checked. What a mission.

Answer: Yes, Worthy photographs your item and gets it appraised. Worthy will suggest a reserve price. You can set your own, though, like I did. Had my ring not reached the reserve, I would have had the option of accepting the sale or having my ring returned. I set my reserve price 5% over what they suggested and I received double what I set as my reserve. Something to note is since my ring had a flurry of attention on the last day, Worthy extended my auction time enabling me to receive more bids. My ring sold last night and I had an email this morning saying my deposit was made to my account. I will use them again and recommend them to my family.

Answer: I was offered a quick sale and it was less than what I had anticipated my minimum bid price would be. I was told my check was sent out. Hoping to receive the check any day now, All in all, the process was not everything I had hoped for... I received one phone call on a sunday with the quick sale offer and some basic info on the appraisal. If you created an on-line account and communicated via email then you at least have some paper trial of what has happened. I went in person and delivered a ring so all communication was via phone once I left the building.
