This was by far the easiest auction process I have ever been a part of. Rachel was fantastic to work with and she kept me in the loop every step of the way. From personalized service over the phone, texting and email to the actual auction online with our diamond ring we were very pleased with the outcome. We set a price that was reasonable to hit. At the end of the auction the final total dollar amount was over DOUBLE what we expected! Thank you Rachel and thank you Worthy. We will definitely use you again in the future!

This process was incredibly easy. They took care of absolutely everything and the only thing I had to do was actually mail my item (and this was still free). I was happy with the turn around time as well and was updated via email every step in the process and could see updates in real time. I am very happy with my experience.

I'm very impressed with the customer service promptness and happy I had a dedicated person (Rachel) on my jewelry that knew me and guided me through all steps. Having her showed consistency from Worthy and she always returned to my questions quickly. The FedEx insured package made me feel more comfortable sending my engagement ring and within the same week the cleaning, pictures, GIA report update, and the auction were fully completed. Payment took a couple extra days because I didn't confirm payment quickly, but otherwise it would have all been done in a week. Highly recommend for anyone selling an engagement ring and doesn't want to wait around for stores to call you with an offer.
