Both of my Rolexes were sold slightly above reserve. Kendall was very cooperative and easy to do business with. My only complaint is that the auction only lasted two days and I feel I would have gained more if the auction was the usual length.

I had a great experience. I was always kept in the loop on every detail as it played out. I had my ring in a box for years. I was told at a jewelry store I wouldn't get more then $30.00. So it sat there. Finally I thought Id give Worthy a go. I mean how could it hurt I wasn't getting anything for it in the box. I got a ending bid of $ 750, wow! The only downfall I can give is I despise PayPal, days later they still won't release my money. Ugh!

The process was smooth overall. The communication and customer service was excellent on the front end of the process but it decreased in the middle of the process. The auction process was good and worthy was definitely looking out for me as the seller to acquire the best price. The only thing I would suggest is to read your fine print. I found this company by searching for auctions that were accredited by the BBB. They took care of absolutely everything needed to get my ring auction ready. They insured the ring during transit so that I had no worries sending it off. They asked my permission before altering the ring or my auction in any way. It was easy to grant permission because the website is super easy to use. By the time my auction was finished, I was not happy with my highest bid. I reached out to my auction manager, Ornella, to ask if I could reauction my ring. She suggested that we instead negotiate with the highest bidder. They ended up accepting our counter offer. It is unfortunate that we don't get what we initially paid for our diamonds, but the good news is that this team will help you get all you can from their professional buyers.

This company is not as advertised. They told me they expected my piece of jewelry to sell for about $2000 based on the GIA certification. Once they had it, they downgraded the reserve price to &694. One of their people actually told me that the reserve price was not binding! This is not true. The terms and conditions say that if you set a reserve price and it sells, you are obligated to sell the ring. I couldn't believe they told such an obvious lie. I managed to get the ring back and sold it to a jeweler for more than $1300.
