I ordered a pair of shoes size 9. I have received him in the right box, but the shoes are 10. I was disappointed. As I am in France I will not annoy me with a return for next time, be careful!

Contacted customer services who just told me to walk to the local sorting office on the off chance it had been taken there (I'm in a brace and on crutches following a knee operation). The delivery address is manned 24/7.
