Good old honest customer service!
Ordered a North Face jacket (L) however was contacted promptly by Edd to say that they couldn't find the (L) in stock as it was the last one available online. As a result, Edd recommended several other sizes and variations of the same jacket, of which, I decided to go for the same jacket in (M) and it fits perfectly!
Super impressed by the price, level of service, responsiveness and humour of the team. I have been, and will continue to recommend WCH!

Always good to shop with WCH. Prices and range are great but most importantly customer service is always responsive so you can shop with confidence. Small problem with the delivery on this order meant it got delayed a couple of days but they sorted it and everything arrived exactly as ordered. Returns are never an issue either. Highly recommended!
