I ordered shoes in too large a size so I ordered the correct size and returned the original for a refund, however I was denied a refund because the box I returned it in had tape on it and couldn't be reused. The fact that you can't get another box completely baffles me and has dettered me, a very active online shopper, from ever using your company again. I requested that a new box be deducted from my refund as I assumed there would be spares (what happens if a box gets damaged in your warehouse, do you simply not sell the product at all?!) but that was also refused.
Poor commitment to satisfying the customers needs.p

Very good delivery times and the product arrived in perfect condition. I bought from this website for the first time due to good price, I had shopped around and the price was very competitive and the product available in the size I needed for a present. Nice touch with the letter that is enclosed with the paperwork giving a bit of a low down on the staff and the business it self, made the online transaction feel a little more personal and made me smile. Disappointing customer service
Ordered the wrong size and sent back promptly for a size smaller. Filled out my returns form and requested an exchange. Was refunded instead and told to repurchase even though the price had now gone up by £30.
Offered to pay full price and then be refunded the difference. Went to buy the smaller size a couple of days later and is now sold out.
I was a first time user of working class heroes. Everything was 1st class - information about the product before purchase. Kept well informed about delivery etc. Item arrived well packed but not over packed. It looks really nice but as it is for my daughter's Christmas present for her to take travelling next year the test will be in a few months time
