This was a small purchase compared to the boots and North Face jacket I've bought in the past. However the sales experience was as good as before. I loved the little message on the invoice which added a personal touch to the purchase. Whereas I may not fall into the target age group for the Working Class Heroes store I often drop in to the on line site to see if anything appropriate catches my eye. Great service from an independent retailer. Really personal touches that included a letter explaining about their ethos and also a refresher sweet popped into the parcel as well (a refreshing change from the norm). The item unfortunately didn't fit but was returned with ease by printing off a pre paid label. I would definitely shop from them again.
