I really did get excellent service from working class heroes. The product, the reduced price, delivery and no fuss returns, refund and then back again when I finally settled on the large size which I am extremely happy with. A great small business. Its excellent customer service that keeps a business in business amongst other things of course.

First time I've used this company and have only good words to say! Website easy to use, product images clear and the items I ordered arrived in the expected time. Loved the note that came with the goods, makes experience way more personal, even showed it to friends that were over and they thought it was a nice touch. Will buy from again, probably very soon!
