I was hesitant at first since I was ordering from the US. Turned out to be really good service and I will be using this site in the future.
Overall easy! Loved the shopping experience, only complaint I have was that the shipping tracking g was very minimal overseas, after Royal Mail passed the package over to my overseas courier in Aus there was no sort of tracking, very difficult to estimate arrival date.
Other than that just a nag that the box that the shoes arrived in was torn down the side but I understand $#*! happens on hangovers ;)

I didn't receive a confirmation email straight away. I waited until the next day to query this. I messaged on Facebook and got a response within 15 min apologising for the lack of email and letting me know my order had been processed. While typing a response back thanking them, the order arrived at my work anyway. Amazing customer service!
