Had a little letter that was hand signed in the parcel. Nice touch guys! Made me feel like I was buying from real people and not a massive company!

Because I entered my card details incorrectly, my loyalty points were still 'used' on the defunct order which meant I had to contact customer services to reinstate my points before I could complete my purchase which was a bit annoying.

Really excellent service and the loyalty bonus is terrific

First time shopping here. Paid 99p for delivery and it as was at my doorstep 26 hours later! Great selection and clothes were in perfect condition.

I did find the Customer Rewards process quite confusing, but now I have earned points to spend there which is a great touch, and I would come back even if I hadn't earned points.

Returned a t-shirt as it was too small - my fault thinking I'm a medium, reordered a Large and it arrived the next day and with a refresher bar in the package. Excellent.
