My shopping experience with Working Class Heroes was excellent. In particular the delivery options they offer made them stand out against other companies. I choose a cheaper tracked delivery but was really pleased with how quickly it arrived.
Couldn't fault this company at all. I placed my order at 12.15 pm on the Wednesday and it was delivered at 9.15am the next day! I received regular emails about the status of my order and I was delighted with my purchase. I am very happy with the service I received and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Brilliant! By the way the chewy sweet bar was a nice touch, thanks Tom
Love this website, great brands with brilliant prices. Ordered at 1pm and my order arrived at 10am the next day, £3 for next day delivery which is superb. I had multiple notifications of when the stages of my order too. Great all round service, will defo recommend and be back. Nice one guys, cheers

Great service and great product. I had looked at loads off other sites, but WCH had the specific North Face Jacket I wanted-in the right colour and at the best price. Delivery was spot on, as were the courtesy emails etc. Highly recommended and will definitely shop there again, really nice customer focussed experience.
The goods and delivery were perfect. The cost of goods was slightly cheaper than other websites which made them a perfect choice and would definitely return to the site to shop again.
The major issue is the website which seemed buggy. When adding things to my basket items would disappear or would not be in the basket. The whole experience took much longer than it should have. I kept having to add them (at least 4 times). I'm not sure if this was because I was using a tablet or my phone, but considering more and more people are shopping using their mobile device a website should be able to handle this.
Get this sorted and the shopping experience for WCH should be 5 stars.
