Purchased after seeing a North Face Quest jacket on ebay that I liked the look of and went online to compare prices. Workingclassheroes.co.uk was by far the cheapest and, having purchased from them before online, knew that they were reliable, fast and efficient.
The jacket arrived within a couple of days (after receiving confirmation that it had been posted along with the tracking number) and is top notch as expected. I even received a free gift and a personal letter thanking me for my business and introducing the people in the shop. This personal touch goes a long way in my eyes and will definitely encourage me to shop with them again (as if the low prices and top class products weren't enough).

Found this website whilst looking for some Carhartt and Stüssy clothing items and was absolutely delighted I had done so- I paid a lot less than retail for the items and the delivery time was perfect. The chaps running this place are very nice too; they give you a nice handwritten letter along with some freebies like sweets etc

The only niggle I have is that I contacted the team to provide feedback and to report a small issue with an item and was disappointed to have not since received any reply from the team.
I found the item from a Google search and purchased from workingclassheros.co.uk and had them ship international to the U.S. It arrived in a timely fashion with a personal note attached to the invoice. Nice touch gentlemen. I would definitely order from them again.

Overall good experience, however, once I placed my order, I received a further email with the subject 'We saved your basket for you' Which automatically made me think that the order was not processed. As this was a sale item and one that I particularly wanted, not wanting to loose it, I placed the order again. Therefore I then received two items and because returns are not free, I have therefore to pay for the postage of this 2nd item.
Just a bit annoying that I was prompted to purchase the basket again. Great idea to send a reminder email and to save a basket, just need to NOT do it, if the basket has already generated a sale!
The wallet was very nicely made and the shipping was very fast, even for international shipping.
The most touching part of this shopping experience was the personal letter I received with my product. Thank you for describing the work experiences of your team and the overall work environment you provide to your staff. It was very nice to read and humble.

Site is easy to navigate around; reasonable price, in fact it was slightly cheaper than other websites/retailers; delivery could be a bit quicker BUT it was FREE delivery so I can't really complaint.
