The customer service is an absolute disgrace.
I am a team leader of a top platinum club and on 27th October 2023 my club's 9 days 2 hours trophy boost hours suddenly disappeared. Despite my complaints and complaints from the majority of the 30 team members this matter has not yet been resolved, let alone acknowledged. The clubs make Zynga a great deal of money and this company does not act in a responsible way to its customers. Its responses are generally automated and never address issues. There appears no such thing as a quick relevant response from this money grabbing organisation, and no such thing as a proper official complaints procedure. It is about time that Zynga were held to account for this as theft of bought trophy boost hours is a crime. This review will probably be the only way of getting a proper response., hopefully. Come on Zynga, finally do the right thing and give us back our stolen trophy boost hours with some compensation and please improve your customer support.

I've played over 10 years +, watched them change from words with friends to same just #2 which was supposed to be better, what a joke. You're constantly closing out all apps since you can't exit from ads, just stuck there, support that's a joke they say they'll contact you w/I 48 hours that was 3 days ago. I want to uninstall but I feel like I'm leaving my friends that I've played with for 10 years and I feel bad about that. The game is not the same as original it's so much worse I rarely had a problem till they "upgraded " to improve...yeah right. I am stuck playing with global people when I have my real friends on my friend side but am continually being cheated out of weekly rewards when I'm playing my friends not the ones on global. I've gotten to where I don't even collect rewards because in global it's much lower. Lags alot, shuts down on daily basis I want to tell my friends I want to leave but it's like total abandonment, it's not their fault it's the crappy game. The games way of trying to pacify you is give you 7 days ad free the only thing good about this is you don't have to keep closing out every app to get off it. I do believe I will look for another game not Zenga

Be careful joining teams. Zynga does not reward you for all the games you play and does not respond to any requests for help. Be careful of spending money on this site. They do not reward you for loyalty.

Every single word I play I am forced to watch an ad. Some of them freeze my phone screen. I mark ad as irrelevant or annoying but continue to receive it anyway. I have also purchased coins that I paid for but didn't receive. I used to at least receive a few free coins daily. The past few days I have received ONE free coin. There are plenty of other games they can keep theirs. They are a rip off.

Look at my pictures below. Would you like you or your family to receive this ad, and then have the ad block your game? Then, try to contact WWF to resolve and guess what! No contact reply. Well the ad says it: F….WWF!

I purchased a rewards pass in words with friends2 and it clearly states it comes with 512 coins but that's a lie. When I contacted them they claim its a opportunity to win that many coins in the game but that's not how its presented. Then when you try to talk to a supervisor they claim none are available and that they will have someone get in touch with you but they don't! The game is fun but never spend a penny with this rip off company! They are crooks and liars! Worst customer service ever!
