WordPress has become my go-to platform for creating and managing content-rich websites and blogs. The platform's intuitive interface, customizable themes, and extensive plugin library make it easy to build a professional-looking website that reflects my brand and vision. I appreciate WordPress's flexibility and scalability, offering a range of features to suit different needs and budgets. Moreover, the platform's SEO tools, mobile responsiveness, and e-commerce capabilities ensure that my website not only looks great but also drives results for my business. With WordPress, I have the power to create engaging content and connect with my audience in meaningful ways.
I recently had an unpleasant experience with WordPress.com's customer support. While I understand that challenges can arise, the manner in which I was treated was far from professional. I reached out for assistance with a CSS-related query, expecting a constructive response, but instead encountered a representative who identified himself as "Thorr." Whether this was his real name, I cannot confirm, as it was conspicuously missing from the follow-up email I received for rating the service. When I approached him with a request for a CSS code to hide a banner, he initially told me it was not possible. However, when I presented further details, his response shifted from it being impossible to a blatant refusal to help. He told me he wouldn't do it and I was welcome to try myself. As a paying customer, I expected more cooperative and helpful service. What struck me as even more disconcerting was when I requested to speak to a higher authority or manager, and was informed that no such tier exists above the initial level of customer service. Additionally, while the location of a support representative shouldn't be an issue, I noticed the IP from which my site was viewed traced back to India. This made me wonder about WordPress.com's hiring practices. I hope that they aren't compromising on the quality and training of their customer service based on geography. In conclusion, based on my experience, I can't recommend WordPress.com. The level of service I received was not up to par, and the experience left a sour taste in my mouth.

wordpress business plan
I have used Word Press since 2017 to share my travel experiences. Then it was tiresome and difficult to add photos. It was laborious. 2018 it was the similar and I stopped after a few entries because it was so time consuming.
I thought I'd try again this year but found the whole experience to be frustrating, not user friendly in fact it was TERRIBLE to use. A TOTAL WASTE of EFFORT and TIME. Especially when you are travelling who wants to spend HOURS working on a simple blog of text anda few photos. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE A TOTAL RIP OFF.
After seeing wordpress.com censor many blogs, I associate the WordPress brand with oppression and bigotry. Otherwise, WordPress has a history of being vulnerable to hacking. I avoid it and have recommended the same for others.
I think wordpress is the worst website I've ever seen. They suspended my account and they always forced to buy business plan. There are millions of websites in the web. They don't touch these websites. Wordpress YOU ARE INJUSTICE!
I just do not like this because of the numerous plugins with too many bugs and newer version needed, some plugin shut me out of my website to where I just cannot change it, calendar dates were automatically wrong. The times I have used support it wasn't very good at all and wordpress is slow... Avoid
