Wob

I purchased 2 used books recently, both of which were described as 'very good' condition, but which in fact had quite a lot of pages that were stained and mistreated. I'll not be using WoB ever again. I'd strongly recommend using other book sellers because I received very poor service.
I also tried to order a hardback copy of 'The Berlin Exchange' and was misinformed by WoB that a paperback version was available, when in fact it is not even released until September 2022.

Book was advertised as 'Like New' and, for the most part, was.

There was a small amount of damage on the lower spine (Hardback Game manual) but this was easily repaired and as the book was less than a third of the full price I was easily able to overlook this - others feelings may differ on this.

I've ordered multiple books from Wob and so far have only had extremely prompt service, delivery and quality from them.

All books have been in the condition specified and actually all in good condition. The service has been excellent whenever we have used and a great range on offer, even an older book not easy to get. Good fair prices as well and great to recycle existing books. Definitely would recommend.

I ordered a book 3 weeks ago and haven't received it, making it a late Christmas gift. There was no estimated delivery when I ordered, or anything explaining delivery times, and there's no phone number for customer service or way of tracking aside from knowing when it left the warehouse.

As always, I'm delighted with the variety of books on offer. The quality of them are always good. I am a book geek & I prefer my reference books completely unmarked, but what marks there are on these books are minimal. The prices are always good. I have a few titles I wish to sell back, from other shops in the past, that I am looking into. Unfortunately my books arrived in bags, not a box so I was unable to reuse the bag to send my titles back in.

Customer services very helpful in helping me with my queries. There web site is easy to navigate and use along with always having what I'm looking for, additionally they use Royal Mail for delivery and there is no charge for this service.

At Wob, I have found a company who can offer books, music and films at very fair prices. I now use Wob exclusively for my book purchases and a lot of the time for second hand CD's, Vinyl albums and DVD's.
All goods are delivered promptly free of postal charge and in good condition.

I've used WOB twice. They were the cheapest option for the books I wanted(both hardback recipe books). Both books were in pristine condition. Both delivered very quickly with no problems via RoyalMail. Would definitely recommend and will use them again.

Purchased 4 books which were in one package. Package was stuck in Royal Mail's Croydon DC for 11 days. Finally arrived as a damaged package in a new plastic bag with an extra book. Wob Watson bot not the smartest.

So glad that I found WOB…second hand books in good condition. Certainly a great source. And a certain saving of money. Some rare books too…love the free U. K. shipping. And so we'll packed…thank you Wob

I like WOB as it is an alternative to Amazon. My biggest complaint is that books are often not as described; I've received books that were described as being in 'very good' condition but were water damaged or had passages highlighted in orange pen. They just need someone who knows what they are doing to actually go through and check the books.

Very quick delivery. The book was described as being in "very good" condition. It was actually in "excellent" condition. It was as new and bought for a very good price. Extremely pleased with my purchase

Whenever they put more than one book in the bag, the package arrives torn. Last time there was a cut 10 inches long so it's a miracle the books were all in the bag. Since they charge shipping by the book they should package them safely, one by one.
