Bought a book supposedly in good condition. Arrived torn and damaged. Emailed customer service twice to be ignored twice. Use to be a wonderful company to deal with, now too big to care.

I needed this rare book to research & describe my family history for my inquisitive grandchildren. I easily found it on the World of Books website at a generous price, & it soon arrived in good condition. Even better it included a lot of relevant information. In short this was an excellent purchase.

Purchased 4 books which were in one package. Package was stuck in Royal Mail's Croydon DC for 11 days. Finally arrived as a damaged package in a new plastic bag with an extra book. Wob Watson bot not the smartest.

Once again the books I have purchased have come up to expectation. The description of condition of second-hand books is always fair and accurate, and the pricing is fair. Delivery is prompt, and so far I have never been disappointed. I now seek out the WOB website as a matter of course when searching for particular titles.
