AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

Forget about customer service with this company. I inadvertently ordered the wrong item from them. I almost immediately contacted them to correct the error. NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE, NOR DO THEY RESPOND TO VOICE MAILS...NOR DO THE RESPOND TO E-MAILS. In the meantime, they took the money out of my account and have still not received even the wrong item. I get the impression this is a one-man operation who does this part-time. I will avoid dealing with this completely in the future and strongly recommend you do the same. There are several more companies out there with great customer service. THIS IS DEFINITELY
NOT ONE OF THEM.
