I ordered a Charging Port flex replacement for HTC One M8 plus a tool kit it was shipped from china which took about 4 weeks received exactly what i ordered high quality parts plus their video on how to install the charging port was extremely helpful.
I ordered an "oem" lens cover for my LG G4. They have a video highlighting the differences between that version and the inferior "custom" version, which has a plastic lens and no metal screwhole reinforcements, and when I got the product, it was clearly the latter. I duly contacted them and explained the situation, and after a number of email exchanges with Chen, he insisted that I take a photo of it and send it to them, which I promptly did. Now they don't even respond to my emails. Consequently, I was forced to dispute their charge on my credit card, and now I have to shop for a more reputable source. I've already wasted more time on this than the product is worth, and I would advise anyone to stay away from this shady company.
I have great experience with this supplier. Parts are in great condition, service, when issue occurs, is also great. Satisfied.

I ordered screen for Pixel 3 (didn't check it it works).
Then I requested refund and sent it back to China (they gave me address).
After this they stopped replying to me and I never received refund.
I lost around 80$ + 20$ shipment because of Witrigs.
A very good experience... kudos to the team! Even though there a delay at the first place but they did rectify it and send me the package within 30 days!. I hope you include more items so smartphone users can replace their precious phones. I also suggest to include details on how to fix the phone in the package... a pictorial representation may be! Anyway thank you for the product... kudos!
I ordered an original screen and received it on time and good shape. Successfully changed and worked as expected

Placed an RMA request and was ignored for a week but got in touch with live chat and got things sorted out alright.
These screens for my Moto G5S plus and G6 plus are showing bright pixels which are growing the more I use it. I would not buy this again.
I had a broken screen issue. Got a replacement that had a defect. They agreed to send me a new replacement. But its a very good costumer service, they answer within 1 day.
Witrigs have contacted me for my order and proposed a solution to ship me all my item. I'm really happy abput their sedvice and the velocify at wich they respond

Very unreliable store selling copies as originals. They are untrustworthy; they don't post your product reviews if they are negative.
1. Placed an order
2. It was shipped and I got the tracking ID
3. Several weeks after I noticed that the parcel arrived (but I did not get it), then the sate was changed to problem with delivery
4. I reached witrigs support, nothing. Silence
5. I took a day-off and checked all local post offices, luckily the third in the list said that the item was shipped back as there was some issue with the address
6. I reached witrigs support with the question, what should I do now? Nothing, silence...
7. Overall I sent around 5-6 emails to witrings (including satisfaction questionnaire which was like a joke) but did not receive any answer
8. I wasted 30$, a couple hours of my time and still dont have spare part to fix my phone.
Folks, please stay away and use any other company.
Witrigs is a very good website, My Moto G5s Plus LCD screen is broken, I repaired my cell phone with his repair guide video! It works fine now!
Witrigs will take your money, send you a broken part, then after months of getting no response to your RMA requests will ask you to send it back to China at your expense in order to get a refund.
I had a horrible experience with Witrigs. Customer service was extremely slow with limited English skills. They sent me a dysfunctional screen replacement (DOA) and a damaged speaker cover. Then conveniently blamed everything on mishandling. I lost my money, not a single solution was offered. They might send the parts, but If there is an issue expect nothing from this company. I am shouting out to please perform your research before ordering.
The shipment took an ENTIRE month to get to me and once I got it, I realized that I ordered the wrong camera and asked for a refund. Its been an ENTIRE month and the company has yet to email me back and give me the refund. I have sent them 6 emails and they still won't give me a refund or contact me back. They are a fraud and once they send out the order, you might as well be dead to them. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!
I ordered 1+3T OEM replacement screen.
Delivery was fast, only 7 days to Europe.
The screen seems to be genuine, at least the LCD underneath is.
No dead pixels, light leakage or anything.
Only minus was that there is a little gap between glass and frame, because there isn't enough glue. It's only like 0.1mm and doesn't affect the functionality of the screen.
Very satisfied with the new display! I recommend this site :)
