Wireless Match

I was promised and given a certificate for $300 gift card if I switched to sprint. After I switched they will no longer respond to my messages or phone calls. Completely lied and scammed me. Stay away from these people.

I Entered all my information and they told me that savings were not available in my area yet my sister was able to upgrade her phone for free and she lives like five minutes from my house it was probably because she owed on her phones and I do not

They offer you $100 gift cards for switching to another carrier and guess what? You never get the gift cards. Then you file a complaint and guess what? No one responds back to you. Deception at its highest level.

Like the title says, they promised too much and couldn't deliver. It took 4 months to get my gift card for the cost of my old device. They promised $100/line when I switched over. Apparently that wasn't something Sprint could offer. There definitely seems to be a huge miscommunication between Sprint and Wireless Match. They saved me about $30/month. After all the hassel I went through, it definitely wasn't worth it.

They were so helpful and saved me 300 dollars on my cell phone bill and got me 2 new IPhone 11's! Everyone was so nice and helpful!
