My order id was #*******250. It was the worst exp of my life. I ordered ferrero rosher cake for my wifes birthday with heart shape and birthday wish written on it. Nothing was there on it and no heart shape for which i payed extra and it costed me 2100+for that pathetic cake. U can get it for 400 rupees.
They spoiled my surprise with it and flower i ordered and wht i received was diffrent. Lucky bamboo plant, i ordered with bowl for it choosing higher priced one. But waste also. I spend 3900 for these thing and they spoiled the birthday
Just an advise if any one going to order from them. U will be disappointed. U will not get what u expected. If u still want to go and order. Best of luck.
The products delivered were really good, both the cake and flower were fresh, Its the most convenient way to make someone feel special on their special day, even if u are in a different city
Lavanya was professional and completed my order as requested. This is my first order so we will have to see if the cake is up to par with other competitors. The cake recepient is yet to recieve the cake and I will post an additional feedback on the taste of the cake i chose.
Worst service. Charged cake+delivery and cancelled they cancelled the order around 08:45pm saying the ordered cake is not availble. They accepted order around 07:45am and took around 11 hrs to say the product is not available.

Customer support chat was active even early in the morning. Executive was very co operative and helpful. I have ordered online cakes many times, but this was the smoothest experience.

This company is literally a fraud. I placed an order for a cake and they never delivered it although I made all the payments online. Their customer service is worst especially the girl named Himanshi. I have already filed a consumer complaint against them. They ruined my mom's b'day and now I will show them what a consumer can do. FRAUD, CHEATERS, WORST CUSTOMER CARE.

I ordered a cake and a red rose flower bouquet from winni and would like to share my experience with this website. It was my parent's anniversary and I was out of town. I wanted to make it special for them. When I couldn't be there I knew that only online delivery could save me.
But to be frank, I don't really prefer online portals and neither am I very technology-friendly so I avoid ordering online. It is very difficult to find trustworthy websites that are totally worth your efforts and money. But, since I was out of town and had no other option but to turn to online portals to deliver a cake to my parents. After a lot of research, I shortlisted some websites that seemed genuine to me, amongst them was winning. I checked the reviews and they were good. So, I ordered a red velvet cake for their anniversary and a red rose flower bouquet too. Trust me, the delivery was on time and the quality of the cake was also good. So, overall my experience was wonderful and since then I always order cakes online from Winni only and suggest everyone the same website for online cake, flowers, and gifts.
