I ordered a week back for a cake(1800 INR) to be delivered between 7am-9am today. Absolutely horrible service, no one told me anything, and now that I am asking where the cake is, they tell me, it will be delivered by afternoon. So why on earth have time slots? And the worst part? My mom will have left for the airport in the next hour! No refund, no delivery. Winni is the biggest cheat there is, never ever order from there!

I ordered a butter scotch cake and they made spelling mistake on cake and they have high cake charges but they giving you 3rd class cake bought from local bakery the cake was worst. The customer executive are too bad they are not picking your call and not revert from your email. Worst experience in my life..

There is no professionalism in delivery, the delivery was not made with any safety standard and it was late delivered too. By the time the cake arrived it has already melted, for me atleast i can't trust winni for next time. It was really embarassing for me and our family. It's really not reliable
I was looking for a birthday cake for my niece who is celebrating her b'day today and she is a big fan of Elsa and Anna... so I was searching it for quite few hours but nothing was making it by the time I needed. Saskshi helped me with the order and was able to assure me that it gets delivered by the time I needed. Will wait for it :)
The cake was ordered for a celebration but it was spoiled when they ate it. It was quite embarrassing and disappointing to send such surprise to a family. I tried to chat with the customer care and there is no response. The representative left the chat without answering and the number in your website is invalid.
With such a poor quality and customer service, I wouldnt use winni again.
The worst delivery app ever when I had ordered they didnt gave me any update on my tracking order and instead of roses they gave us chocolates which was not the worth of the bouquet... waste of money plz don't order it guys...
The cusomter support is bad as they say they support till 11 but shut shop at 10. Also, they promise same day delievery and charge 40% more than the product rate and still give reasns for not delievering. And otop top it all they will claim that the product is delivered on the same say as promised when u know u didnt receive the product at alll. Its a indirect scam... to Make u pay more for a product that will surely wont get deliverd on the same day...And the reason they give is "Occasion" Rush.
I've orderd cake flowers but I've got email given num isn't working when i called on given number it was working after that i enquire with live support girl name Ankita left conversation when i explain about my order than i called on *******510 I've explain everything and this guy switched off num and I've paid some good amount for this order. Moreover I don't care about money I didn't expect this $#*! from winni. I have one suggestion for you which money I've paid take in your $#*! and sleep all night! $#*!in frauders!
It always have been a great experience with Winni. Be it Birthday's or any other occassion, the gifts and cakes have always been good.

I have ordered a cake for my sister. Mr. Deepak from winni helped me with the information like offers and payment. I was even very happy when my sister said the was fresh and delicious and her friends enjoyed eating the cake.
Had to deliver the cake on my colleague's birthday and it had to be a surprise. With a rough idea of her address and no specifics like the flat #, the delivery representative did a relentless task to deliver the package. To add to the challenge my colleague wasn't available on the phone so I wonder how he managed to reach an incomplete address. So Great show the winni man and the surprise was made yummy by the cake. Great show and keep up the great job. Please convey our complements to the delivery representative.
By ordering from winni I this it's waste of money flower booke was not at all good and it was too expensive also I know u will not do anything after seeing this review also because ur service is like that only I m not expecting anything from u
Fraud and the lousiesr customer service. They dnt refund the money back to your account and insist another purchase by putting it back to the winni wallet. That's pure harassment that expect the customer to come back and buy despite facing embarrassment due to bin delivery of a festive item. The phone number of Cus Care is usually not reachable and the email always comes back with standard reply. The chat box disappears in middle of chat and no solution is provided.
