It was a good experience from winni i am old customer i had ordered many times yesterday night i have ordered again & it was reached on time. The customer care support is also good i have updated the message on cake & eggless cake also one of executive named Nikita help out regarding my query thanks for the quick service
I ordered first time from Winni and i am very very dissatisfied from the item received and also the behaviour of customer care.
I ordered item named "My Beautiful Mother Oil Painting Art" from winni. But i got soft copy only while i order for photo frame.
The "soft copy" option was selected by default and there must be a prompt saying that "soft copy is selected and you will get soft copy only" before proceeding the next window.
I asked for refund but did not get any response back. Here are so many reasons for not using winni.
1. i ordered for Photo Frame and i got Soft copy only and
2. The quality of softcopy is crap. Its like someone used photoshop and just changed background to animated. No creativity is used. Not one percent good as compared to sample painting.
3. How can "Oil Painting Art" be a soft copy. Where are Oil and Art used here.
4. For Soft copy how on earth you can ask for INR 1400. Its very low quality and 5 minutes photoshop work which anyone can do for free.
I had ordered for a rose bouquet and cake and the cake was delivered and the delivery guy said he lost the flower. I had paid extra for morning delivery. It seems he is going to come back with the flowers. Horrible service. Please dont use them. The guy who answered the phone didnt have the courtesy to give his name even after asking him many times. Totally unprofessional service.

Don't buy from winni i have order cank for my wife birthday from winni website they confirmed order but they have not delivery in an time next day morning they have delivered... very unprofessional... you know now they have given birthday massage they are written in the small paper and they charged for might night cake delivery charge 250 extra but they have not delivered i call them to refund my money they said with in 15days will refund it us almost 25 days got over still they are not refund... dont purchase from winni website.

They help a lot in customer service by mistake I ordered cake on wrong date but they helped me change it without any fee and very quickly customer service is good and even the process is easy. Niharika helped me in my problem she is great in assistance.

Ordered cake and flowers for midnight delivery in hyderabad. Everything was good other than timing of the delivery. Had it been delivered at 00:00hrs, it would have been really icing on the cake. :) Anyway satisfied with it.

U guys are frauds, i've ordered cake, they didn't delivered it, and there both numbers are always busy i was trying since 2 days... they didn't sent any confirmation why its not delivered and no refund...

Highly recommended! Delivery was as per what was described and as promised. Will definitely deal again and even though it was raining cats and dogs the delivery of the cake and flowers were intact. I ordered a heart shaped red velvet cake along with a rose, 5 choclates etc. and paid extra for midnight delivery(11PM -11:59PM)
Delivery person called after 12 and said he will deliver tomorrow.
When wife insisted, then he came at around 1:30 AM and delivered completely different order.
Some round normal cake, 4 choclates, rotten rose.
When contacted Winni multiple times, their response is like we wil refund 150 rs as it is the difference amount between ordered and delivered cakes.
Its like doctor treats you for malaria instead of a fracture.

Excellent service. Very quick and easy. I didnt see an option to add a message for the cake. I pinged on the online chat. There was immediate response by customer service rep meenakshi and the issue was resolved within a minute. Would recommend this site to my friends and family (assuming the cake will be good)
Rubbish company, their phone number is always busy, their chat service is always busy, they never respond.
To make the matter worse, they don't even deliver your gifts on-time, It was mother's day and I had waited for all day for the cake to get delivered, they never delivered it. Rather they sent a message that an attempt happened, but no one received, however, they never called on mobile / landline.
It appears to be a fraud company.
