This was a gong show from the moment we signed the contract! Promised a phenomenal screen and got some no name brand that didn't even last a yearbooks! So broken that according to Simon (The owner) can't be fixed but they won't stand behind their product. They want me to pay again!. The day of the installation they showed up at 7 am not 9 and it was supposed to be done over a 3 day period as it was a complete house (every window & door) well with ZERO notice to us they worked to 11:52 that evening!... the crew rushed all day and got everything done in one. Well when the sun came up, OMG! There was so much damage to the stucco outside and what an unbelievable mess they left behind. Cost me $3050 plus HST to get all the damage repaired and 3 hours our side cleaning with my wife and a trip to the dump... and I get treated like absolute $#*! when I complained to the company and said I wasn't happy and wanted what we had been promised. All these "positive" reviews are the company asking to do them at the time of purchase for a further discount too... don't be fooled people... STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE... TOTAL SCAMMERS

Did not show up for the installation appointment. Will not recommend to anybody.

Please do a thorough online research on this company before proceeding

We were given an installation date of Wednesday, November 6th for 08:00 a.m. and instructed by e-mail to remove all window treatments, and clear the areas of all furniture and cover anything that could be affected by dust prior to the installation.

Received a call at 09:00 a.m. telling us the installation was cancelled because the windows weren't ready. They hadn't received the glass from their supplier. I questioned how it was possible they didn't know of this problem in advance but received no satisfactory answer.

I found this behavior very suspicious so I did some research on the internet and discovered to my dismay they are unreliable and there are many negative reviews and photos of their shoddy work. (I can send photos to anyone who is interested.)

They offered to reschedule for two weeks later. We declined and said we wanted to cancel.

However, when they called us back, we were told we could not cancel because the ten day grace period had passed and we were obligated to take the windows or they would refer this matter to legal services.

We have lost all confidence in their products and services.

They expect us to live like this as seen in the photos for two weeks.
