I placed 2 orders ************** and **************) on WillisOrchard.com total 9 trees. Five of those plants are dead. Don't expect that company will refund your whole amount. They trim the roots too deep to save money on shipping, but you will lose money, working time and lose one whole year to replant trees. Please think before making a deal with WillisOrchard.com.
Bought a weeping mulberry tree. This tree was shipped and package very well protected and as a bare root tree the root system was moist and well developed. The tree was over 6 ft tall and had many weeping branches so I should get mulberries this year. I will plant it next week when the temperatures get above freezing and no snow or sleet is expected. I searched the internet until I found this company selling a well developed tree. Great job Willis
I bought 5 6ft tall Sawtooth Oaks trees from them and they came with only the tap root nothing else and arrived 6 weeks ahead of the date I requested for delivery. I owned a greenhouse business for 26 years and have many more years experience with plants. Run from this place!
Almond tree roots were butchered causing tree to go into shock. Both appear dead now two months later. Received one raspberry plant that should have been a two year, which was obviously not. It's dead. Two tayberries died quickly. Initially, Sarah from the company initially offered to refund the raspberry, which was all that appeared dead upon receipt since they were bare root and dormant, but she never even did that. Terribly poor customer service. I had placed two orders. About 80% is dead within two months. They may have been dead on receipt, but since they were dormant, it was hard to tell.
WARNING. WILLIS ORCHARD, THIS COMPANY SENDS DEAD PLANTS AND WILL NOT RETURN YOUR MONEY. DO NOT IGNORE THE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK/COMPLAINTS LIKE I DID. YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF. REPLACEMENT OFFERED BUT IF IT DIED OR ARRIVED DEAD - THEY WOULD NOT DO ANYTHING.
THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM - LOOK UP THE COMPLAINTS FROM THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND OTHER SOURCES
