The product (pool light cover) looks exactly like the cracked cover. I'm just having a hard time trying to snap it into place. Any thoughts on how to replace this cover would be appreciated. Thank you!
This place did not have the part I ordered even though their website showed it was in stock. It took over a week to get a replacement part that would work. They double charged my credit card before the part was even confirmed to be a replacement and shipped out to me. I still haven't seen the refund for that charge. The phone# *******559 for them done not work so you can't talk to anyone. I will never order anything from this place again.
I would have bought much more had I been ale to talk to someone.
I need jets but am not going to buy them blindly.
I need to replace a lot of the jets, is there some one who can help with the part numbers?
I am also willing to buy other things from you like oil-absorbing sponges, water treatment chemicals, chlorine tabs etc.

I needed to voice/talk to someone about my order for other products. Unable to find a phone number. Why so difficult to communicate? Pool West responded immediately to my concerns and was very helpful with sending replacement parts.
Very easy to order. The same product ranged from $79.00 to $151.00 so I ordered the $79.00. It came in three days way sooner then expected, I didn't even have time to install it until about 4 days later. (spa heater) put it in my spa was up to 104 degrees from 90 in about 2 hours. I would highly recommend this company for the price and service.
Items were shipped and as described. Good communication by the seller. This part didn't solve my problem, but the product was as I excepted.
The item was delivered on time and packaged very well. However I had to do a lot of retrofitting and modifying in order for it to work -
Only gave me 1 option " fixed shipping" & that is way to high for the item i ordered. Maybe you should offer lower shipping or free shipping for orders over a set price. Wife wrote this, I later learned this is a safer way to ship...
Website promised same day shipping if ordered in the next 3 minutes. My order wasn't even registered until the next day and it shipped 3 days after that,even though it said in stock and ready to ship. Making sales with false promises is not a sustainable business model. First and last time I'm buying from this website.
The shipping charges were onerous. 2 small parts maybe weighing 6 oz. Cost $19.95 to come via USPS. I know that you are not Amazon, but I will search for other parts that do not cost so much to ship. Shipping was 1/3 of total cost.
Best price for this product that I found. Mark was so exceptionally helpful. My pool had been retiled and I wanted to change out my old pop up jets for the new version that sits flush against the pool's bottom, not to mention I need to get the pool refilled as quickly as possible. Whenever I had a question, Mark responded immediately. I ordered and received my item in a matter of a few days. Communication of order status was very good. I will definitely use again in the future.
Ordered part on 5/21/20. Didn't ship until 6/1/20, received it on 6/5/20. When i tried installing it on 6/6/20 found it didn't match the original even though P/N is the same. Website shows no number to call, so I email ed with pix to show new compared to old. Found a number to call *******559) on google after emailing, so tried to call (they show open on Saturdays), but constant busy signal. Tried calling all hours Saturday and following Monday - always busy even on off-hours. Still no response to my email. Now wondering if I'll ever get correct part or my money back. Not worth the slight savings on part.
Mark was so helpful and honest and patient with me on the replacement of one of our pool lights.

Easy page to use. The included schematics of my equipment was extremely helpful identifying the right parts. All is good except the pressure gauge on the pressure relief valve assembly started fogging up on the second day of use and quit working and has water in it the day after that. Ill see how customer service works now. If all goes well Id say Id use them again.
