Wild West Pool Supplies

On the 3rd I ordered a couple parts for my well pump, being that this was the only place that I can actually get both parts, at the same time with the option of 2-3 day shipping. My delivery should have arrived no later than today, but when I went to go check it was not there, I went online and it said my purchase was still processing. I could not find a number and I tried to send an email and yet was blocked several times before the online chat popped up. Thinking that it was an actual chat and not just a bot I responded with my order number and other information after I response the but then informed me a person will be in touch. Several hours later I received an email that the parts could not be located by their manufacturer and I would not in fact be receiving them. Although they did say they would refund my entire purchase including the 2-3 day shipping, it has yet to be reflected in my account, but more than anything they could have easily notified me on Monday that I would not in fact the receiving these parts. I could have found another supplier, ordered them and at least had them in route to my house. Instead, I had to start from square one looking for another supplier, when I was expecting to be repairing my well today. My home consists of my father who is a disabled vet and my middle school-aged daughter, and having run a business myself this is not a way to do it. Communication is the key to a successful business. Fulfilling a customers request is an easy part of communicating, but more importantly informing a customer that you cannot fulfill a request or sale in a timely manner is imperative. Had this company contacted me at any time, I would have considered using them again I had the need arrived or at the very least I'd be leaving a positive review letting you know that they were up front. Instead, I feel that they were trying to get away with my money, since they chose ignore me and my order until I messaged them, just hoping I forgot or something.

Ck out was somewhat confusing. Took me to Paypal and then back and then wanted additional info. Wasn't sure if the Paypal piece had worked, and took a chance.
Also would be helpful if there was more product info - I'm assuming this is the same stuff I have in my little 1/2 oz bottle. Would nice to be absolutely sure. Was rather disappointed after I completed the order to have a page come up indicating I could have gotten 16 oz bottle for less money.

Hot tub pump leaked upon filling. I ordered the pump and received it in mere days. The tub is up and running!

I had to buy a caretaker valve and Wild West offered in their web page the exact same model I had. But once I paid and bought the part they sent an email saying that they did not have that part anymore but offered another one that supposedly would fit perfectly. I accepted after asking that they were sure that the part will fit. It took more than a week to receive the part and of course, it did not fit. I asked them to give me support to look for a solution, maybe connecting parts that will allow the part to fit with my pipe arrangement. They said they could not give any support. I asked for a refund, they asked me to return the part, which I did. But after more than a month without any answers from Wild West, they sent me an email 2 days ago saying that they will not refund the money because the part had some scratches. I NEVER USED THE PART BECAUSE IT DID NOT FIT MY PIPE ARRANGEMENT. In conclusion, they offered what they did not have, offered something different that was not like the one I bought, did not give any technical support and it was not complicated since some connections parts would make it fit, and now they are making up that the part have some scratches that maybe had from the beginning, since I never used the caretaker.

Great price and fast service. Receive my part fast and it was just what I ordered and just as advertised.
