I was sent an 'order updated' email approx 5 hours later thinking it meant order shipped. I check the next day for tracking info and it actually meant order canceled.
Yet they still thought it would be a good idea to send me a survey.
I received my order and it had missing parts. I tried calling the phone number and it does not allow to leave a message and hangs up on you. *******377. I will not order from them again. Be careful ordering from a company that you can not contact with issues.

I am still trying to talk to some one about this part I bought this is the second heater in less than 9 months and it should have been under warranty for one year. But when I talk to the company about getting it replace as defective no one seems to respond.

I thoroughly looked through to see how many plugs came with the order "bag" was mentioned but received 1 plug. Shipping cost is terrible.
Great selection of products. My only complaint is that with air button trims there is a mention of part number for the corresponding button, but no easy way to actually search for that part. I ended up buying a button that did not require a separate trim.

I replaced the heater but the new one is not heating up very fast. I just e-mailed to see if you have a replacement controller. I am not sure if the new heater is defective? All voltages seem OK. Let me know if there is something else I could be missing?

Excellent. Easy to use online system. Disappointed with express shipping option for online order as item was shipped 2 days after order was placed. In my opinion, when paying for expedited shipping, order should be shipped more promptly.
Not a professional, but a couple of times I had to order parts the service was good the merchandise arrived on time and well packaged. And above all the price, for the quality of the product, very reasonable.
Looking for the best price possible and I found the product but shocked at the cost for a tiny switch. Compared to other options it was two dollars less. I was really shocked by the $9.99 for shipping and handling of the switch and it is coming in bulk mail (pony express)...: ' (
