prices, the shipping is a little slow and not packaged very well, but made it to the destination.
Got what I needed. Sorry they only seem to come in packs of twenty when a standard board only needs four.
Website easy to use but would have preferred ordering as a guest instead of a full registration. Ordered June 22 and received product July 6. Just wish there would have been an option for rapid delivery. My pool is a mess now. I somehow thought Wild West carried the product but found out it had to be ordered from a secondary company.
Very easy and quick ordering experience. I'm not sure if I received the right part and I've called twice but nobody has returned my call I did receive an email saying they were going to confirm my parts order so I'm waiting to hear from them
My old whirlpool switch cracked and broke after about 18 years. The tub manufactureR is no longer in business and parts can't be found. Wild West Pools has a similar electronic switch that would work. The price was right so I bought it and everything is back in working order.
However, they had the part I needed. No phone number. Slow to respond to email. Only used out of desperation.
My order came fast and in perfect shape, this place has a good variety of pool products and reasonable prices!
Hayward parts that I needed at great price. Search needs some improvement, but otherwise, able to find what I needed.
Very disappointed in shipping time! Our pump was not working and needed these parts quickly. Therefore, paid $22 for 2-3 business days, yet received product after 9 days (which includes 7 business days)

Received great assistance fro Rhea in Customer Service prior to ordering. She provided part numbers based on my needs which made it much easier to order.
Parts were received timely and were the correct ones for my tub jets.
Experience has not been good. It has been over a week since I requested a return address and label and am still waiting. Can't contact seller by phone, only e-mail. Don't have any idea if I will get my money back on a purchase that gave incomplete information on the item.
It was quick and easy to order and showed up on my door step a couple of days later.

I needed to replace a spa circuit board that was no longer supported and they helped me sort through the options and quickly solve the issue.
I emailed to ask for help finding parts for an 18 year old whirlpool tub & worked with Rhea, who was the best! It took a little time, but our communications kept the dialogue open and I just ordered the replacement parts. Thanks again Rhea!
Not too bad but somewhat difficult to navigate the website at times when ordering this hose. Comparing the price of this hose with Leslie Pools I did save about $8.00 but I was hoping to save more and shipping cost could have been a little less than stated.
