The order arrived as expected. However, the pin was not the size I needed. That was my fault because I ordered the wrong size. I was not sure, based on the website, what size to order.

Parts were exactly what I ordered for my Hayward Pro Series pool filter. Top mount valve installed and working as good as new.

The order went in on December 31st I just received the last of my order today and paid extra to have it Expedited. Received on January 11th
The clamp nut I received was a perfect replacement for my original Hayward clamp nut. As the original is no longer available from Hayward, this saved me fom replacing the enire filter housing.
Oh I got the valve but I have a few pictures…what do I do…now… hopefully it works …and this came from the factory…need to pack better …I have a order…# *******

Three Emails later they refunded my money..
Received as ordered and was able to get my Racer back into service. Great selection of replacement parts at a reasonable price. Service is excellent.
Took a couple tries to get connected / paid via PayPal.
Also, wanted clarification on how long "Bulk Mail" for $9.99 would take vs 4-5 day for $19.99, but did not see phone number to call to check. Submitted Q to the auto pop-up assistant, but still haven't heard back. Other than that, it went pretty smoothly.
Delivery time acceptable since needed to obtain from another warehouse. Order placed based on in stock though. No problem on a few extra days. Price paid in the middle of available sources. I will consider Wild West again since follow up was prompt and courteous.
