Initial interaction with website was quick and easy. Ended interaction with a confirmation and order number. After 5 days without any shipment confirmation, tried to contact them. NO PHONE NUMBER! Used chat and email to inquire about my order the first time. After 48 hours, received an email response that told me that my order was sent to "Our Supplier" but still no idea of WHEN or IF it would ship. After 10 days, sent ANOTHER online chat and email... CRICKETS! Nearly TWO weeks now and I STILL DON'T have my part OR EVEN KNOW WHEN IT WILL SHIP!
THIS IS A TERRIBLE EXAMPLE of Customer Service.

I got the wrong item but the Wild West Pool Supplies costumer service is pretty good. When I asked a question about my order they respond within 24 hours.

Not as great a price as advertised, felt like bait and switch, but I received what I ordered. They need to have website reflect actual prices and package contents

I needed a part for a pool filter and the rep Patton was awesome. He was very knowledgeable on the products sold and I got everything I asked for in my order. Definitely would buy from here again!

Ordered a 2 inch union O ring for a two inch union obviously, but the actual measurement was about 2 and 3/8, might be my fault for not verifying ID or OD but when i order for the appropriate fitting it should be a given.

Was good to find my parts for my old bath tub with jets. The jets don't fit exactly as the other but appear to be working and boy does it look better.

The part I originally ordered was discontinued so I was called the next dat with a replacement part number. The order was placed and shipped out quickly.

Customer service was able to add a product to my original order to save on shipping. Good communication from representatives. Plan to continue to use this company for future needs.

Great price and communications. Mindy was excellent. Everything was great except for Fed -Ex dropping the ball for an additional 2 day delay but no fault of Wild West.

No phone, no replies, no product but they took the money and no product. I ordered an impeller blade via 2 /3 day service. That was 14 days ago and still no order received. I e mail, I respond I do everything and they don't even reply. My money is gone and no one even contacts me. Lost into the black hole. Last response said wait 48 hours, I did and still nothing and now they won't even respond to my inquiry. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU LIKE FRUSTRATION, LOST MONEY AND NO RESPONSE. I AM A HOMEOWNER NOT A BUSINESS AND THIS BUSINESS IS TOTALLY UNRESPONSIVE.

Bought ten of the "custom" connectors that Jandy uses on their valves. Jandy wants $17/each, which is nuts. Ten from WWPS was about twice that, and I get them in a week.

Easy to order, received on time pricing was great website was easy to access items needed will refer and continue using for future needs

I needed a pool part. It was in stock when I ordered it, but then was gone. They found me a new part and had it sent. All I had to do was pay the difference. Very helpful!

Everything fake, any review over a one star is made up, never emailed me my order, no phone number, just glad I took a screen shot, also glad I purchased on PayPal
